While Philips Hue bulbs can also work via Bluetooth (you download an app and connect directly to the bulbs), in that case, you’ll miss out on most smart features. Bluetooth has several significant limitations:

• You cannot control lights remotely (away from home)

However, for TV synchronization, you need either a Philips TV with Ambilight function or a separate Hue Sync Box (sold separately for approx. 9,000 CZK). For music synchronization, the phone app is sufficient.
