This is unusual for a fourteen-inch laptop and is the main reason why reviewers speak so highly of this series.

The display is a 14″ IPS with a resolution of 2560 × 1600, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a refresh rate of 165 Hz, and a 3 ms response time, plus NVIDIA G-Sync support and an anti-glare finish. The Ryzen AI 9 465 processor offers an NPU with 50 TOPS of performance, so the laptop meets the requirements for Windows Copilot+ features. Secondly, soldered RAM: in the previous generation, it was fixed across all configurations, and Tom’s Guide called it the main drawback. Before buying, therefore, verify how much RAM a specific unit has, as you likely won’t be able to expand it.

Notebookcheck also pointed out higher temperatures and louder fans under full load in the older version – this is a common characteristic of thin gaming laptops that no manufacturer has yet circumvented.
