Robotic vacuum cleaners have undergone significant development in recent years. While they used to be dumb cans bumping into furniture, today you have autonomous assistants with artificial intelligence that can map your home, avoid slippers on the floor, and even perfectly mop the floor. The problem? The really good ones cost over 30 thousand. But Roborock Qrevo Curv shows that quality cleaning doesn’t have to cost a fortune – and during Black Friday, it’s even better.

Reason 1: Suction power that handles anything

When manufacturers state suction power in pascals, it’s often just a marketing number. But with Roborock Qrevo Curv, 18,500 Pa isn’t just a paper value – in practice, it means the vacuum cleaner can truly extract dust from floorboard gaps, handle deep carpet cleaning, and won’t be deterred by flour scattered across the kitchen.

This is thanks to a combination of power and the smart DuoDivide brush. It’s a system of two parallel rollers that use a combination of flexible lamellae and spiral blades instead of classic bristles. The result? Hair and pet fur don’t block the brush – instead, they go straight into the bin. If you have a dog or cat (or a partner with long hair) at home, you’ll appreciate this every day.

What about noise? At maximum power, it reaches 66 dB, which is the volume of a normal conversation. During standard cleaning, it’s a few decibels less – so it can easily be run in the evening when the children are asleep. At least ours didn’t complain about the noise, even with the bedroom door ajar.

Reason 2: A docking station that works for you

Here, Roborock showed that it understands what people truly want from a robotic vacuum cleaner: for it to take care of itself. The docking station isn’t just a charger – it’s a complete service center.

After each cleaning, the robot returns home, and the station automatically washes the mopping pads with 75 °C hot water. This isn’t a random number – at this temperature, over 99.99% of bacteria are eliminated. After washing, warm air drying follows, so the mops don’t smell or rot.

The tanks are also well-sized: 4 liters of clean water, 3 liters of dirty water, and a 2.5-liter dust bag. In a typical household, this means about two weeks of daily operation before you need to refill or empty anything. And when you do need to change the bag, the station seals it itself so you don’t touch the dust.

Reason 3: FlexiArm Design – gets where others can’t

Room corners are a nightmare for most robotic vacuum cleaners. A round robot simply cannot reach a right angle. Roborock solved this cleverly – with an extendable FlexiArm arm, to which both the side brush and the mopping pad are attached.

When the robot approaches a wall, the arm automatically extends and reaches practically into the corner – with a precision of 1.85 mm. This isn’t a theoretical value, but something you see in practice: finally, there are no cobwebs in the corners, and the floor is clean right up to the wall. The manufacturer states that the system can cover 98.8% of corners, which is top-tier in the robotic vacuum cleaner segment.

Both mopping pads are on the extendable arms – one fixed, the other on a tilting mechanism. Material? Microfiber with magnetic attachment, so you can change them in a few seconds. And when the robot drives over a carpet, the pads automatically lift to avoid leaving wet marks on it.

Reason 4: Thresholds up to 4 cm? No problem

This ability makes a fundamental difference between a robot that can only handle flat floors and a machine that truly moves everywhere. Roborock Qrevo Curv has an automatically adjustable front wheel that lifts when it encounters an obstacle.

The result? It crosses a classic 3 cm high threshold without problems. But even more interesting are double thresholds up to 4 cm high – for example, if you have a raised carpet on the floor or a threshold between rooms. The robot finds the right angle, raises its front wheel, and elegantly climbs over it.

In practice, this means you don’t have to deal with obstacles in your apartment or install auxiliary ramps. The robot simply goes anywhere it’s physically possible to pass with a height of 10.3 cm.

Reason 5: Czech application with AI features

This might sound like a detail, but the Czech localization of the application is a huge advantage. You don’t have to decipher English terms; the settings are intuitive.

The Roborock app is much more than just a controller. You can set:

  • Individual parameters for each room – for example, more intensive mopping in the kitchen, a gentler mode in the living room due to the carpet
  • No-Go zones and virtual walls – when you don’t want the robot to go near the dog bowl or under the Christmas tree
  • Automatic recognition of up to 62 types of objects – the AI camera sees slippers, cables, pet excrement and avoids them
  • Voice commands – the robot is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and the Matter network

Also interesting is the video call function via the robot’s camera – when you’re away from home, you can see what’s happening at home or even chat with the kids. The robot has two-way audio and LED illumination, so it works even at night.

Black Friday discount: 20,999 CZK instead of 29,990 CZK

Roborock Qrevo Curv normally costs around 30,000 CZK, which is a fair price for what it offers. However, during Black Friday, you can get it for 20,999 CZK. In the context of what you get for that price, it’s a great deal.

If you’re hesitating between this model and more expensive flagships, the main difference is the absence of the option to leave the mopping pads in the docking station (you have to remove them manually if you only want to vacuum carpets). Otherwise, you get practically identical functionality at a significantly lower price.

This category of robotic vacuum cleaners is specific: for 15,000 you get a decent basic model, for 35,000 an absolute top-tier model with everything imaginable. Roborock Qrevo Curv sits right in between – it has 90% of the features of top models for 60% of the price.

If you’re looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that truly cleans, handles both carpets and hard floors, doesn’t require constant attention, and won’t cost you an entire paycheck – this is a smart choice.
