You don’t have to immediately disassemble a desktop computer without a wireless network or a laptop with a weaker network card. The TP-Link Archer TX10UB Nano is a tiny USB-A port adapter that adds or improves Wi-Fi connectivity and also brings Bluetooth 5.3 for headphones, speakers, mice, or keyboards. One port thus handles both internet and wireless accessories.

With code ALZADNY20, you can buy it now for 391 CZK; without the code, it costs 489 CZK. Compared to today’s public price, the code saves 98 CZK.

Quick summary:
✅ Makes sense for: a desktop computer or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 that lacks Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and you want to connect it to a network wirelessly and pair it with headphones or a game controller.
⚠️ Consider: the antenna is hidden inside, and the 5 GHz band ceiling is 600 Mb/s. The seller only states compatibility for Windows 10 and 11.
💡 The price of 391 CZK is valid only with code ALZADNY20; without it, you will pay 489 CZK. Alza has more than 10 units in stock.

One USB dongle instead of a Wi-Fi card and Bluetooth receiver

The dual function is the most practical aspect of the adapter. Anyone with a computer under their desk who wants wireless headphones, a gamepad, or a keyboard would usually need a separate Bluetooth receiver in addition to Wi-Fi. Here, one device handles both, and the seller explicitly mentions game controllers among the supported accessories.

The adapter measures only 19.2 × 15.7 × 7.4 mm. Thanks to its small body, it can remain plugged in even when carrying a laptop.

Wi-Fi 6 AX900 class: up to 600 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band

In the 5 GHz band, the manufacturer states a nominal speed of up to 600 Mb/s, and in the 2.4 GHz band, up to 287 Mb/s. These are wireless connection speeds; actual data transfer will also depend on the router, signal, and the USB 2.0 interface.

The adapter also supports older standards 802.11ac and 802.11n, so it can connect to an older router. However, the seller links the advantage of OFDMA, i.e., receiving data simultaneously with other devices on the network, to a compatible Wi-Fi router. WPA3 encryption is also supported.

Driver is built into the adapter

The driver for Windows 10 and 11 is stored directly in the adapter. You can install it after plugging it in, so you don’t need to find an internet connection first for basic setup.

The manufacturer states support for Windows 10 and 11. Therefore, for a computer with macOS or Linux, we would choose an adapter with explicitly stated support for that system.

Alza customers currently give it 4.5 out of 5 from 42 ratings, and there are more than 10 units in stock. For 391 CZK with the code, you get both Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 for your computer.

How do you handle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your desktop computer: with a USB adapter or a card on the motherboard?
