Sixty-five inches for eleven thousand. With a QLED panel, Dolby Vision, and Google TV. TCL 65T69C is probably the cheapest usable 65″ TV at the moment. Plus, you get six months of SledováníTV and an extended warranty for free.

QLED with anti-glare panel

The 165cm screen uses QLED technology with an HVA panel, which offers high contrast and glare reduction. One customer on Alza writes: “Black is almost perfect, without the need for dynamic backlighting.” According to reviews, the backlighting is even, even at the edges – a common problem with cheaper TVs.

Supported HDR formats include Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG. The AiPQ Pro processor handles lower resolution upscaling, noise reduction, and color optimization. Sound is provided by 20W speakers with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X – customers rate it as “unexpectedly good,” although a soundbar is, of course, in a different league.

For gamers with an asterisk

Game Master mode supports HDMI 2.1 with VRR and ALLM for low latency. But beware: the native refresh rate of the panel is 50/60 Hz. The “120Hz Game Accelerator” feature achieves 120 Hz only in Full HD resolution, not in 4K.

The Google TV system (Android 12) offers Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video, and Czech services. It supports Chromecast, AirPlay 2, and Google Assistant for voice control.

What 17 customers say

Rating 4.4 out of 5. One reviewer warns: “The main menu freezes, and according to TCL support, the customer should call Google.” Another, however, counters: “I read reviews that the TV lags. That’s no longer true; there was probably a firmware issue before.” They recommend installing the latest system update.

Among the shortcomings, customers mention missing USB recording, the absence of a headphone jack (Bluetooth only), and limited picture settings in Dolby Vision mode. However, an owner of 120Hz OLED TVs acknowledges: “This 65″ TCL really has a good picture – but it doesn’t have 120 Hz for gaming.”

The original price was 19,990 CZK, then it dropped to 15 thousand, and now with code ALZADNY25, it costs 10,980 CZK. In addition, you get 6 months of SledováníTV (value 1,500 CZK) and an extended TCL warranty (value 3,990 CZK). For a 65″ QLED with Dolby Vision and Google TV, this is one of the best offers on the market – just don’t count on 120Hz gaming in 4K.

Is a 60 Hz panel a hindrance for you, or does a high refresh rate not matter to you?
