Galaxy S26 FE is coming. Samsung revealed when it will be unveiled

Samsung has sent out an invitation to a Galaxy Event, where it will unveil the latest phone from the Galaxy S26 series on August 27. Although it did not explicitly name it, according to the description in the invitation and a series of previous leaks, it is clear that it is none other than the more affordable Galaxy S26 FE model, which has been discussed for the past several months.

Samsung promises that the new device will offer the most important features of the entire series – from a top-tier camera to AI functions and the latest One UI overlay. However, the manufacturer is keeping the specific parameters and price for the unveiling itself. The broadcast can be watched live, Samsung will stream it on samsung.cz from 2:00 PM our time.

Leaks have already revealed practically everything

Thanks to previous leaks, we know practically everything about the phone’s specifications. According to marketing materials published by Android Headlines, the Galaxy S26 FE is expected to be powered by the Exynos 2500 chip and feature a 6.7-inch display with FullHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The battery is said to have a capacity of 4,900 mAh with 45W charging support.

According to the leak, there will be three cameras on the back – a 50Mpx main, 12Mpx ultrawide, and 8Mpx telephoto lens, with a 12Mpx selfie camera on the front. The phone is expected to arrive in three colors (Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio), gain IP68 resistance, and offer seven major Android updates.
