Galaxy S26 FE loses its last secret. Samsung's complete specifications leaked, we compare them with its predecessor Home News The leaked complete datasheet of the Galaxy S26 FE revealed the upcoming phone's features even before its official presentation The main novelty is the Exynos 2500 chip and Android 17 right out of the box; otherwise, Samsung relies on a proven foundation According to the leak, we'll pay extra for the basic version – approximately 19,500 CZK (799 euros) Sdílejte: Adam Kurfürst Published: 13. 8. 2026 02:30 Advertisement Samsung is preparing the Galaxy S26 FE for early September, and thanks to WinFuture, we now have its complete list of specifications even before the official unveiling. The new Fan Edition once again builds on a proven recipe – it takes a chip one generation newer, adds the latest Android, and otherwise leaves last year’s model almost unchanged. We went through parameter by parameter and compared them with its predecessor. These are the Galaxy S26 FE specifications The foundation remains true to last year. According to the list published by WinFuture, the phone will get a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of around 1900 nits. The panel typically shines at about 1200 nits, so in terms of display, it’s practically no different from its predecessor. Under the display, an Exynos 2500 chip with ten cores clocked at up to 3.3 GHz will be hidden, meaning a processor one generation newer than in last year’s model. It will be complemented by 8 GB of RAM and storage of 128 or 256 GB. The leak does not mention the 512 GB variant, which its predecessor offered. A trio of rear cameras will take care of photos, led by a 50Mpx main sensor with optical stabilization and an aperture of f/1.8. An ultrawide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (8 Mpx, f/2.4) will be added. The front camera will offer 12 Mpx, but according to the leak, without autofocus. The phone should be able to record videos in up to 8K resolution at 30 frames per second. Power will be supplied by a 4900 mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging – in both cases, the same as its predecessor. However, one detail suggests that a silicon-carbon cell is likely inside: according to certification, the battery is designed for only 1200 charging cycles, whereas last year Samsung promised 2000. In terms of connectivity, the leak anticipates Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC, and there will also be a pair of nano-SIM slots with the option to use eSIM. The body, 7.4 millimeters thick and weighing 193 grams, is expected to be resistant according to the IP68 standard. The most pleasant news is probably the software – according to the datasheet, the phone will be introduced directly with Android 17 and the One UI overlay, while its predecessor launched with Android 16. There will be three colors to choose from: Graphite, Light Green (Pistachio), and Light Blue (Blueberry). How did it surpass last year’s Galaxy S25 FE? When we put the parameters side by side, it turns out to be more of a fine-tuning than a generational leap. The actual improvements could be counted on the fingers of one hand – a newer chip, the latest Android, and a fresh color palette. The rest of the features remain essentially where they were last year, and in one aspect, the phone even worsened. Conversely, shorter battery life and the missing 512GB variant are the price you’ll pay for an otherwise successful package. Expect a slight price increase According to previous leaks, we’ll pay extra for the new model. The recommended price for the basic 128GB version is expected to jump to 799 euros, approximately 19,500 CZK – about 50 euros more than last year’s launch. We previously wrote about charging, prices of individual variants, and color options, with the launch expected around early September. Galaxy S26 FE loses its last secret. For comparable money, you can already get a better-equipped Samsung Galaxy S26+, which is a full-fledged flagship not only with a more powerful processor.
