Google Health Premium subscription is coming to Czechia! What will it offer for 299 CZK per month? Home News Google Health Premium is officially coming to Czechia, available from May 26 for 299 CZK per month The subscription offers a personal AI coach built on Gemini models for fitness, sleep, and health Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers get Google Health Premium for free as part of their plan Sdílejte: Adam Kurfürst Published: 9. 5. 2026 00:30 Advertisement Wearable electronics have been pouring a wealth of data about heart rate, sleep, and fitness onto our wrists for years, but honestly, most of us don’t really know what to do with those numbers. What does it mean if heart rate variability has decreased? Should I really train today, or rather rest? These are precisely the questions that the smart AI coach within the Google Health Premium subscription aims to answer, which the tech giant introduced on Thursday along with the minimalist Fitbit Air bracelet and the rebranded Google Health app. And most importantly for us: the service will officially arrive in Czechia as well. In Czechia in a few weeks, priced at 299 CZK per month Personal coach built on Gemini What does the plan include? Bonus for Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers Who will the subscription make sense for? In Czechia in a few weeks, priced at 299 CZK per month The Czech Google Store already presents the Google Health Premium subscription on a separate page, stating that the Fitbit app will be renamed to Google Health and the entire new service will be available from May 26. The price for the domestic market has been set at 299 CZK per month; in the USA, it will cost 9.99 dollars (210 CZK in conversion). The situation regarding the hardware itself is a bit unclear. The Fitbit Air bracelet without a display, with which the subscription’s premiere is supposed to be closely linked, is not yet shown at all in the Czech Google Store. Instead, Google highlights the Pixel Watch 4 (from 9,990 CZK) and the older Pixel Watch 3 (from 7,490 CZK) as compatible devices. Whether the Fitbit Air will ever appear in the domestic offering is unclear at this time. Personal coach built on Gemini The central attraction of Google Health Premium is the Health Coach feature, powered by Gemini models. It is essentially an attempt to bring to the average user what elite athletes have long had at their disposal: a team of specialists consisting of a coach, a nutritionist, and a sleep expert. Upon first launching the app, you will go through an introductory conversation with the coach, telling them your goals, daily routine, available equipment, or any injuries. The Coach then uses this information to create personalized plans and continues to gather context from connected sources over the days, whether it’s sleep data, nutrition, cycle tracking, local weather, or even personal health records (though these are only functionally supported in the USA for now). What does the plan include? In addition to the AI coach itself, the Google Health Premium subscription will unlock a range of features that were previously part of Fitbit Premium or are entirely new as part of the redesign. Specifically, customers will receive: Ask Coach feature for continuous asking of personalized health questions Adaptive weekly fitness plans that adjust to your lifestyle Detailed sleep statistics with a newly designed Sleep Score and coach insights Proactive notifications and recommendations across fitness, sleep, and health metrics Exercise library led by coaches and mindfulness lessons including meditations and guided breathing Menstrual cycle tracking with connection to other health metrics and recommendations for adjusting training Logging nutrition and workouts by voice, photo, or document, including uploading PDF files Google argues that the coach is not based on dry marketing promises but on scientifically proven principles. It therefore collaborates with a panel of experts. To evaluate the coach’s responses, Google uses its own SHARP framework, which stands for the English terms for Safety, Helpfulness, Accuracy, Relevance, and Personalization. Bonus for Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers Perhaps the most interesting detail of the entire presentation concerns those who already pay for one of Google’s higher AI plans. Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers will receive Google Health Premium at no extra cost as part of their existing membership. Who will the subscription make sense for? Google Health Premium for 299 CZK per month will be particularly interesting for people who already actively use the Pixel Watch or Fitbit ecosystem and want to get more from their data than just static graphs. The AI coach built on Gemini has real potential to be more useful than classic Fitbit Premium, provided that the Czech localization arrives with the same quality as the English version (which is far from automatic for conversational AI tools). Conversely, I would be skeptical for users who wear their watches rather passively, or who have watches of a different brand than Pixel Watch or Fitbit. Support for other devices is supposed to come, but Google has not specified a concrete date. It is also important to remember that some of the most attractive features (especially health record integration) currently only work in the USA, so a Czech customer will receive a noticeably trimmed-down package compared to an American one.
