But the Samsung QE75QN700C for 37,493 CZK with code ALZADNY25 is the type of product where you need to know what you’re buying and what you’re not. It’s a 75″ 8K TV with Mini LED backlighting and premium Samsung construction – but also a 2023 model with several limitations that might be crucial for some. Let’s see who this purchase is worth it for.

What you get for the money

Samsung QN700C is an entry-level model in Samsung’s 2023 8K lineup, but it still offers a range of premium features. The resolution of 7680 × 4320 pixels (8K) means four times that of 4K – on a 75″ diagonal, the picture is exceptionally fine and detailed. The Neural Quantum Lite 8K processor handles AI upscaling of regular content to 8K quality, and the Auto HDR Remastering feature converts SDR content to HDR. Mini LED backlighting with local dimming ensures solid contrast. Supported HDR formats: HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG.

From a practical perspective: the One Connect box separates all connectivity from the panel itself, so only a single thin cable leads to the TV – this significantly simplifies wall mounting. The design is ultra-thin with minimal bezels, 4× HDMI 2.1, 3× USB, Dolby Atmos. Naturally, it features the Tizen system with app support, including Czech ones (Vodafone TV, Oneplay…), and a solar-powered remote control with USB-C charging.

What to expect: main compromises

Here, it’s necessary to be honest, as the compromises of this model are real.

Native refresh rate of only 50/60 Hz. This is a low value for 2023 (and even more so for 2026). Gamers and sports fans will notice – the picture will not be as smooth as on 120Hz or 144Hz models. While it supports FreeSync Premium and VRR, the real benefit at 60 Hz is limited. On the other hand, current consoles support an absolute minimum of titles with 120 fps.

Almost no native 8K content. In 2026, it is still true that streaming services offer a maximum of 4K. YouTube has some 8K content, but it’s minimal. You are buying 8K resolution primarily for AI upscaling and picture sharpness, not because you will be watching 8K videos.

Dolby Vision is missing. Samsung traditionally relies on HDR10+ and does not support Dolby Vision.

Who it makes sense for

The Samsung QE75QN700C for 37,493 CZK is a TV for a specific buyer. It is ideal for someone who wants a large 75″ screen with a premium design and a One Connect box – for example, in a modern living room where installation neatness and minimal bezels matter. AI upscaling from 4K to 8K practically means a finer picture than with a regular 4K TV, especially for movies and series.
