Which phones will get HyperOS 3?

The list of tested devices is truly extensive. Xiaomi flagship models include the entire 13, 14, and the latest 15 series, including their Pro and Ultra variants.

The Redmi series will receive support from basic models like Redmi 13, through the popular Note 13 Pro, up to K70 and K80 (these are only available in China). Interestingly, the list also includes brand new models like Redmi K80 Ultra or Redmi Note 15 Pro, which have not even been officially introduced yet.

Even POCO phone owners won’t be left out. HyperOS 3 is coming to models from the basic C75, through the mid-range M6 and M7, up to the powerful F6 Pro and F7 Ultra.

Super Island and a new iPhone-like design

HyperOS 3 is not just about speed and optimization. Xiaomi has significantly redesigned it, which now resembles a combination of Android with iOS aesthetics. It’s not the first time the Chinese manufacturer has been inspired by Apple, but this time it has taken it to the extreme.

The main new feature is Super Island – Xiaomi’s version of Dynamic Island, which Apple introduced with the iPhone 14 Pro. The feature displays animations around the camera cutout, notifications, and live activities.

App icons and battery indicators have also changed, now being minimalist and clean. Xiaomi has also added a “liquid glass” effect to the launcher and new clock customization options for the lock screen. Overall, the system feels smoother and more modern than the current HyperOS 2.

When will the stable version arrive?

Xiaomi has not yet announced an official release date, but the extent of testing suggests an early release. The public beta has been running since late August, and if all goes according to plan, we can expect the stable version before the end of the year. It is expected to debut in the upcoming Xiaomi 16T and 16T Pro models.
