Is this the best value phone on the market? Google Pixel 10 now costs only 15 thousand

At its original price of 23 thousand, the Google Pixel 10 was hard to justify. For fifteen thousand, it now makes sense – if you know what you’re getting into. It’s a phone for fans of pure Android and compact dimensions, not for hunters of the best hardware at the best price.

Compact Flagship with Pure Android

The display has a diagonal of 6.3 inches, a resolution of 2424 × 1080 px, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. A maximum brightness of 3,000 nits ensures readability even in direct sunlight. Those who don’t want a “paddle” will appreciate the compact dimensions – the Pixel 10 is one of the few smaller flagship models on the market.

The Google Tensor G5 processor is finally manufactured by TSMC instead of Samsung. It comes with 12 GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 4,970 mAh battery supports 30W wired charging and 15W wireless charging with Pixelsnap Qi2 magnets – the same principle as with iPhones. Google promises 7 years of system updates and security patches.

Cameras are a Step Back

On Alza, the Pixel 10 has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 27 customers. The display, pure Android without bloatware, and Gemini AI features like Circle to Search or automatic photo edits are praised. The triple camera (48MP main, 13MP ultrawide, 10.8MP telephoto lens) offers 20x zoom.

But here’s the catch – the Pixel 10 takes worse photos than last year’s Pixel 9. Both the main sensor and the ultrawide lens are weaker than its predecessor. The new telephoto lens sounds good on paper, but in practice, it doesn’t achieve the expected quality. The Tensor G5 also significantly throttles during demanding tasks and lags behind the Snapdragon 8 Elite in performance.
