The Mijia Smart Standing Fan Pro Slim standing fan has appeared on the manufacturer’s global website, which we wouldn’t hesitate to consider perhaps the brand’s most practical model. It impresses not only with its extremely slim design and the option of power bank charging, but it has many more advantages. Moreover, it is very likely to arrive on our market. Ultra-thin body and practical travel box Power bank supply for up to 22 hours Eight natural breeze modes Bluetooth controller with 30-meter range Availability in the Czech Republic unclear for now Ultra-thin body and practical travel box The main draw of the new product is its thickness of just 8.7 cm, which represents a 63% slimmer construction compared to the Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 model. The minimalist design was also appreciated by expert juries – the fan won the prestigious iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award 2025. Personally, I was very impressed that Xiaomi will supply a sturdy EPP storage case for the fan – whose construction is modular, so it can be easily disassembled. This will facilitate not only seasonal storage but also transport from place to place. So, if you want to take the fan with you to a cottage, it will be much easier to load into the car (and there will be no risk of damage during transport). Power bank supply for up to 22 hours A practical feature is the USB-C port for power supply. You can connect the fan to a power bank supporting the QC or PD protocol with an output of at least 18 W. According to the manufacturer, it can operate for up to 22 hours on a 10,000mAh power bank at the lowest speed level. This makes it an ideal companion for the garden or camping. Energy consumption is minimal – at the lowest level, the fan only requires 1.9 W. Xiaomi states that with eight hours of daily use for 90 days, you will only consume 1.4 kWh of electricity. Eight natural breeze modes The Mijia Smart Standing Fan Pro Slim features seven aerodynamic blades that generate an airflow of up to 25 m³/min with a range of up to 14 meters. Oscillation covers a 90° range. In the Xiaomi Home app, you can choose from eight preset natural breeze modes – simulating conditions by a lake, on a golf course, camping, on a terrace, rooftop, in a wetland, on a mountain peak, or on a beach. In Direct mode, you have 100 speed levels available for fine-tuning the airflow intensity. The noise level at the lowest setting is only 26.8 dB(A), so the fan won’t disturb you even during sleep. Bluetooth controller with 30-meter range Control is provided by a Bluetooth remote controller with magnetic attachment directly to the fan body. The range is up to 30 meters in open space, which you will appreciate especially when used outdoors. On the fan itself, you will also find touch buttons for quick settings. Integration into the smart home ecosystem is also present – the fan can be connected to Google Home and Amazon Alexa for voice control. In the Xiaomi Home app, you can create your own airflow curve according to your preferences. Availability in the Czech Republic unclear for now Xiaomi has not yet confirmed when and for how much the Mijia Smart Standing Fan Pro Slim will reach European markets. Given that the product has appeared on the manufacturer’s global website, its introduction in the Czech Republic is likely. The manufacturer has not yet announced the price, but we expect it to be around two to three thousand. Would you get a fan powered by a power bank?
