Microsoft launched Black Friday in Czechia! Surface Laptop with Snapdragon has never been cheaper

Microsoft has launched Black Friday deals in Czechia on its official e-shop, and this time it looks more interesting than usual. The discounts mainly concern the Surface with Copilot+ PC line, i.e., laptops and tablets with ARM Snapdragon processors. Discounted models are now available at prices we haven’t seen on the Czech market before.

Surface Laptop finally under 25 thousand

The basic thirteen-inch Surface Laptop with Snapdragon X Plus (8-core) currently costs 24,910 CZK after a 5,289 CZK discount. This is truly the lowest price at which this model has been available in the Czech Republic – it occasionally appeared for 26 thousand on Czech e-shops, but it had not yet fallen below this threshold.

What do you get for that? A 13-inch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1280 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate, 16 GB RAM, and 256GB storage. Battery life is up to 23 hours of local video playback, which is standard for the ARM platform. The Snapdragon X Plus processor has an integrated NPU with 45 TOPS for artificial intelligence calculations.

Important detail: the basic version does not include a power adapter. You need any 40W or more powerful USB-C adapter, which is today’s standard. If you don’t have one, expect to pay an extra five hundred.

Larger models with bigger discounts

If you need more space, Microsoft offers a discount of up to 8,349 CZK on the 13.8-inch Surface Laptop, which starts at 30,190 CZK. Here you get a touch-enabled HDR display with a resolution of 2304 × 1536 pixels and a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. You can choose between Snapdragon X Plus (10 cores) or X Elite (12 cores).

The fifteen-inch model then starts at 37,370 CZK after an 8,979 CZK discount. It exclusively features the Snapdragon X Elite, a 2496 × 1664 pixel display with 120 Hz, and as a bonus, you get a microSDXC card reader. Furthermore, these two larger models already include a power adapter in the package – 39W for the smaller one, 65W for the larger one.

Surface Pro – a tablet with an uncertain fate

Surface Pro tablets received smaller discounts. The twelve-inch model starts at 24,599 CZK, while the thirteen-inch model is available from 29,780 CZK with a discount of up to 8,699 CZK.

More interesting is the 13″ version with an OLED display and a resolution of 2880 × 1920 pixels. It also has 5G connectivity, which is still quite a rarity for tablets (especially with Windows). However, battery life is weaker than on laptops – up to 14 hours of video playback. Neither Surface Pro includes a power adapter in the package; expect to use a 39W or more powerful USB-C adapter.

Copilot+ PC and the end of Windows 10

Microsoft directly linked the promotion with the news about the end of Windows 10 support, which officially ended on October 14, 2025. All discounted Surface products are labeled as Copilot+ PC, meaning devices with Windows 11 and hardware support for artificial intelligence features.

The ARM Snapdragon platform has its limits – some older applications won’t run at all, others will run via emulation with worse performance. On the other hand, battery life and quiet operation without active cooling are clear advantages. For common office tasks, web browsing, and working in Office, it’s more than sufficient.

Returns until the end of January 2026

Microsoft has extended the return period until January 31, 2026, which is quite practical for Christmas shopping. If someone realizes under the Christmas tree that a Surface with an ARM processor isn’t right for them, they have a month to return it.

The promotion is valid only in the Czech Republic on the official Microsoft Store. We don’t know how long the offer will last – Black Friday traditionally lasts a few days, but it can be extended until Cyber Monday or even longer.
