New Amazfit Balance 2 will be released in a more premium version. It will please especially with its build quality

Amazfit Balance 2 XT are shaping up as a more premium variant of the Amazfit Balance 2 watch, which was introduced in May 2025. The new model is expected to bring an elegant titanium body, sapphire glass, and potentially NFC payments, but only in some regions. The model designated as A2430 was recently spotted in the FCC database.

Premium design and new dimensions

According to available documents, the Amazfit Balance 2 XT (also referred to as Amazfit Balance 2 Titanium) will be slightly larger than the classic Balance 2. The package is expected to include two interchangeable straps right away, although their specific materials and color variants are not yet known. Higher durability and, above all, a more premium feel should be provided by the titanium construction.

The Balance 2 XT will most likely utilize the Zepp OS 5.0 operating system, just like the standard Balance 2. It should include offline maps, sports modes including golf and running, and advanced health monitoring features. The watch should be water-resistant up to 10 ATM, which also suggests diving capabilities.

Expected battery life, sensors, and NFC

We currently have no specific information on the battery life of the Balance 2 XT. If it were comparable to the Balance 2, the new model could last up to 21 days with typical usage or 67 hours in GPS mode. The features should include sensors such as GPS, gyroscope, altimeter, and magnetometer. The heart rate broadcasting function to other devices and the ability to control music were also mentioned.

While the Chinese version of the classic Amazfit Balance 2 offers NFC, documents from the FCC database indicate that the globally sold XT version may not have this feature.

Meanwhile, the European debut of the standard Balance 2 is still awaited, which could theoretically be priced around 7,300 Kč in our region. We can imagine that the Balance 2 XT will be another thousand or two more expensive.
