The most interesting specification of the new Redmi TV X Mini LED 2027 is not the highest 360 Hz, but the combination of 4K and a native refresh rate of 180 Hz. Xiaomi offers this across all screen sizes, including the smallest 55-inch version. The televisions just launched in China therefore do not concentrate high refresh rates only on the largest model. An even faster gaming mode already adds a compromise: it lowers the resolution.

360 Hz has a condition, but the gaming features don’t end there

When gaming, the offer thus comes down to a choice between higher resolution and a higher refresh rate. To maintain 4K, the ceiling is native 180 Hz, while 360 Hz mode prioritizes frequency over image resolution.

The series also supports variable refresh rate (VRR) and AMD FreeSync Premium. Two HDMI 2.1 ports are available for connecting gaming devices.

Brightness and number of zones yield to Xiaomi S Pro

Redmi represents a more affordable alternative to the recently launched Xiaomi TV S Pro 2027 series, but the differences are significant. The largest Redmi has 85 inches and 864 local dimming zones. The S Pro goes up to 98 inches and 4,860 zones. The stated peak brightness is also lower for Redmi: 1,300 nits compared to up to 5,500 nits for the S Pro.

Nevertheless, the cinematic features include Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Filmmaker Mode. Sound is handled by a quartet of speakers with Harman AudioEFX. The televisions run on HyperOS 4 and have 3 GB of RAM along with 64 GB of storage.

Four sizes, zones also increase with diagonal

The basic 55-inch variant costs 2,705 yuan (about 8,800 crowns without tax) in the Chinese market and offers 432 zones. For the 65-inch model with 528 zones, Xiaomi asks for 3,411 yuan (approximately 11 thousand). The larger 75-inch version has 720 zones for 4,117 yuan (about 15,000 crowns), while the top-end 85 inches with 864 zones will cost 5,293 yuan, or about 17 thousand.

Czech availability remains open, as does the general launch of this series outside of China. The previous TV X 2026 did not officially make it beyond the Chinese market.

When gaming, would you prefer 4K at 180 Hz, or 360 Hz with lower resolution?
