Nothing will show its cheapest phone in a few days. This is what it will look like

British Nothing will manage to hold two premieres from a single stream. On Tuesday, July 7 (11:00 BST, which is 12:00 our time), the company is preparing to unveil the affordable Phone (4b) and new Ear (3a) headphones simultaneously. One product thus immediately advertises the other — according to Nothing, the headphone teaser was filmed with the upcoming Phone (4b).

Ear (3a): old price, new pink

The Ear (3a) headphones are the successor to the popular Ear (a) from 2024 and are expected to maintain their launch price of around 99 euros (approximately 2,500 CZK) — which, in an era of rising prices for almost everything, would be a decent achievement. Nothing has so far confirmed four colors: white, black, yellow, and for the first time, pink. It remains silent on features, but according to leaks, the cheaper model is expected to lack the “Super Mic” in the case compared to the more expensive Ear (3); conversely, there is speculation about wireless charging for the case. Its predecessor offered ANC, LDAC, and 11mm drivers, so the bar is clear.

Phone (4b): affordable, but with a battery question mark

For the Phone (4b), leaks agree on a 6.7″ 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 (4nm) chipset, 8 GB RAM, and a main 50Mpx sensor in a dual setup. The system will be Nothing OS based on Android 16. However, sources disagree on one point: tipster Yogesh Brar states a 5,400 mAh battery, while fresh “live” photos report 6,000 mAh. The actual figure will be clarified at the presentation itself.

A humorous side note: many users have noticed that the Phone (4b) visually resembles the CMF brand more than classic Nothing. This is no coincidence — according to speculation, it was originally intended to be the CMF Phone 3, a plan the company shifted to this model due to expensive memory components.
