Update: We are continuously updating the article.

O2 customers have been experiencing a mobile internet outage since the early evening hours. According to Downdetector, problems started approximately around 5 PM, and since then, hundreds of reports have come in from users across various parts of the country. Most commonly, people complain about non-functional mobile data — the phone shows a signal, but the internet connection does not work. We verified the outage in our editorial office as well — data is not working on the main SIM in the phone, nor on the second card in the iPad. Our relatives also confirm the problems, so it is not an isolated issue with a single device.

The operator has not yet officially commented on the outage. If the situation changes or O2 issues a statement, we will update the article. If you are affected by the problem, you can try restarting your phone or switching to airplane mode and back — sometimes this helps restore the network connection. If that doesn’t work either, all that remains is to wait until O2 fixes the fault on their end.

Are you having problems with O2?
