O2 introduced new NEO+ tariffs! They will please with higher speed and introductory discounts

A mobile tariff is one of the few things you set once and then don’t think about — until you run out of data in the middle of the day or a page doesn’t load even after the third attempt. O2 is now adjusting its NEO+ tariffs, and the changes are quite specific: more data, higher speeds, and discount coupons for new devices.

What’s changing in individual tariffs

The adjustments concern the entire NEO+ range, but each tariff receives something slightly different. NEO+ Blue and NEO+ Bronze increase data volume by 2 GB — from the original 4 to 6 GB, and from 12 to 14 GB respectively. For those who consume data quite quickly but don’t need an unlimited tariff, this is a pleasant change without having to switch to a more expensive variant.

For unlimited tariffs, O2 is going the route of higher speeds. NEO+ Silver moves from 10 to 15 Mb/s, while NEO+ Gold jumps from 20 to 40 Mb/s — this is a doubling that will be noticeable, for example, during streaming or video calls. The highest tariff, NEO+ Platinum, remains without a data cap and offers the full available 5G speed.

Independent measurements also praised the network

Higher speeds are not just a marketing promise — last year, O2 received an award from Ookla for the best and fastest 5G network in the Czech Republic. The results are based on real tests from the second half of 2025, so these are data from everyday use, not laboratory conditions. For customers on the Platinum tariff, this means that the speed cap is effectively determined by their device, not the network.

Coupons for new devices up to 7,000 CZK

Anyone considering a new phone or smartwatch can take advantage of discount coupons worth up to 7,000 CZK in total when switching to NEO+. Specifically, these are two coupons up to 2,000 CZK each for the purchase of a 5G phone, and three coupons of 1,000 CZK each for smart devices compatible with O2 Connect — such as a tablet, watch, or GPS tracker. They can be redeemed via the Moje O2 application, e-shop, or in brick-and-mortar stores, by the end of the year.

O2 Connect: one tariff, multiple devices

All NEO+ tariffs include the O2 Connect feature, which allows sharing data, calls, and SMS from one tariff across multiple devices. Practically, this means that a tablet or smartwatch doesn’t need its own tariff — it simply connects to yours. The first device is free, and each subsequent one costs 99 CZK per month.

The tariffs also include Data naplno (5 days of unlimited browsing per month) and the O2 Security service for basic protection when browsing the internet.
