Over 70 Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices will get Android 17. Do you own any of them?

Google released the first beta version of Android 17, and smartphone manufacturers are preparing to launch their own testing programs. Based on the official Xiaomi AER page, XiaomiTime server compiled a complete list of devices that should receive the new system version. In total, there are over 70 phones and tablets from Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO brands.

Xiaomi

Among the supported devices are the entire Xiaomi 17 series, including Ultra, Pro, and Pro Max models, as well as last year’s Xiaomi 15 generation. The update will also be received by foldable MIX Flip and MIX Fold models or Pad series tablets.

Redmi

For the Redmi brand, the situation is more interesting. Android 17 will be received by Note 15 series models and most devices from the Note 14 series, with one exception – Redmi Note 14 5G will not receive the update. Xiaomi states on the product page that the phone will only receive 2 years of system updates.

POCO

The POCO brand will receive Android 17 on the complete F7 and F8 series, including Ultra versions. Similar to the Redmi Note 14 5G, the POCO M7 Pro 5G will also not receive the update.

When will Android 17 arrive on the first Xiaomi devices?

Xiaomi traditionally launches its beta program during the Google I/O conference. Thus, the first beta version could arrive on Xiaomi 17 flagship models as early as late May or early June. Cheaper phones will most likely have to wait for the stable update until the last quarter of the year, or even the first quarter of the following year. It should come with HyperOS 4.
