Pleasant surprise! We know the European prices of Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro

Known tech insider Roland Quandt has revealed information about the prices of the upcoming phones Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro. According to his findings, customers don’t have to worry about price increases – prices will remain at the same level as last year’s 14T and 14T Pro models. The phones should appear on the market as early as late September, approximately at the same time as last year.

Xiaomi is preparing for a busy end of the year

The Chinese tech giant apparently has very busy months ahead. The company officially confirmed today that it will launch the Redmi Note 15 series in August, but only in China for now. Immediately in September, not only the 15T duo but also the new flagship Xiaomi 16 series, which will bring at least three new models, should follow.

In terms of design, the Xiaomi 15T is expected to be based on the Redmi K80 Ultra:

By the end of the year, we can also look forward to the Redmi K90 and K90 Pro models, which are later available on the global market under different names. While most of these phones are primarily aimed at the Chinese market, the T series traditionally targets international customers, including European ones.

Prices of new T series models

According to Roland Quandt’s information, Xiaomi has decided to maintain last year’s price level. The base Xiaomi 15T with 256GB storage should therefore cost 649 euros (approximately 16,000 CZK). The more powerful Xiaomi 15T Pro with the same storage capacity will be 150 euros more expensive, costing 799 euros (about 19,500 CZK). If Xiaomi were to maintain identical Czech prices, the 15T would cost 14,999 CZK, while the 15T Pro would be 20,999 CZK.

If you want more storage, the 15T Pro model will also be available with 512GB memory for 899 euros (roughly 22,000 CZK). Interestingly, according to leaked information and FCC documentation, unlike last year, a 1TB storage variant will not be available. It is still unclear whether all versions will standardly offer 12 GB RAM, or whether Xiaomi will offer other memory configurations.

What to expect from the new models?

Although we don’t know the official specifications yet, according to previous leaks, the base Xiaomi 15T should rely on the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, while the Pro version will offer the more powerful Dimensity 9400+. Additionally, the Pro variant should for the first time this year receive a periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.
