Realme C71 arrived in Europe with an unusual chipset and a large battery

Realme C71 is a cheap smartphone that had its Asian premiere a few weeks ago, but is now reaching the first European markets with slightly altered parameters. The choice of the Unisoc chipset is interesting, but the main stars here are the 6000mAh battery and durability meeting the **MIL-STD 810H** standard. This declares increased resistance to drops up to 1.5 meters.

A new iron from Unisoc? Not really

However, if you are interested in the parameters in more detail, your eyes will probably rest on the **Unisoc T7250** chipset. Based on the name, one might expect a (relatively) modern chipset for cheap smartphones. After all, this Chinese manufacturer has been investing more and more in development in recent years – proof of which is, for example, the Unisoc T7520 using a 6nm manufacturing process and EUV lithography. Unfortunately, this is only a rebranded Unisoc T606 model based on archaic 12nm technology and Cortex-A75 and A55 cores. The graphical performance is provided by Mali-G57 MP1. Compared to the Chinese version, the European version received a generous **8 GB of RAM and 256GB of storage**.

On the other hand, the **6000mAh battery** is 300mAh smaller, but retains 45W charging. Even so, it should easily offer two days of battery life on a single charge. The display is of the IPS type and offers a 6.7″ diagonal with FullHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The camera on the back has a 50MPx resolution and a relatively solid aperture of f/1.8. The weaker specifications could be offset by the price. The Realme C71 phone is currently starting to sell in Bulgaria **for the equivalent of less than 3,800 CZK**.
