Redmi Note 14 SE 5G brings excellent features at a surprisingly low price. And it looks good too.

Today, Xiaomi expanded its popular Redmi Note 14 series with another addition. In India, it officially introduced the model designated as Redmi Note 14 SE 5G, which offers almost identical specifications as the standard variant Redmi Note 14 5G, but comes in a new vibrant red color, Crimson Art. Additionally, it will also please with a lower price, which is 2,000 rupees more favorable than the basic version. Thus, it will cost only 14,999 INR, which translates to approximately 3,700 CZK.

Familiar Specifications in a New Coat

The Redmi Note 14 SE 5G features a 6.67″ AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering an excellent visual experience. Under the hood, we find the proven MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset, which will ensure sufficient performance for everyday use and less demanding games. In India, it is sold in a configuration of 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.

The smartphone comes with a trio of rear cameras. The main sensor is a 50Mpx Sony LYT-600 with an f/1.5 aperture, accompanied by an 8Mpx ultrawide lens and a 2Mpx macro camera. Selfies are handled by a 20Mpx front camera, which should ensure quality portraits and video calls.

Modern System and Solid Endurance

Also noteworthy is the operating system, which is the latest Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS overlay. It brings an improved user interface and a range of new features that enhance the daily use of the phone.

Sufficient endurance is provided by a 5,110mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, which will get the phone ready for action again in a short time. The Redmi Note 14 SE 5G also offers IP64 protection against dust and splashing water, dual stereo speakers, an infrared port, and a 3.5mm jack for headphones.

Availability and Price

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 SE 5G is already available for pre-order in India on the Flipkart e-shop, with official sales starting on August 7. The price has been set at 14,999 rupees (approximately 3,700 CZK without tax or 4,500 CZK including VAT), which is 2,000 rupees less than the standard Redmi Note 14 5G model. That one sells in our country for 5,990 CZK.

Given that Xiaomi often brings its Indian models to global markets, it is not ruled out that the new device may eventually appear in Europe. However, at this time, we have no official information about availability outside the Indian market.
