Samsung’s Black Friday deals and benefits started on November 7th. This is the perfect time to get a new TV, phone, or other home appliance before Christmas. You can also take advantage of a wide range of different bonuses, such as a discount on a second device or an increase in the value of redeemed loyalty points by up to 5,000 CZK. The discounts can also be advantageously combined.

Buy two products, the cheaper one gets a 40% discount

You’ll also get an interesting discount if you buy two devices at once. The offer applies to the complete portfolio of home appliances and TVs, where you’ll receive a 40% discount on the cheaper of the two purchased products during Black Friday. The discount does not apply to mobile devices. For example, if you buy a new soundbar for your living room and want to add another cheaper one for your bedroom, you’ll get a 40% discount on it.

Trade-up bonus: exchange old for new and save

This year’s Black Friday offer also includes attractive Trade-up bonuses. This means you exchange your old device for a new one and also receive an instant discount, so you can place a larger order with less strain on your wallet. The old device can be of any brand and in any condition; it can even be very old or broken products. We’ll take care of recycling the old device; we’ll pick it up from you for free, and you won’t have to worry about anything else.

Up to 50,000 CZK bonus on TVs

This year’s Trade-up promotion applies to several product categories. First and foremost are TVs, where the potential discount is truly significant. By trading in an old one and buying a new one, you can get a discount of up to 50,000 CZK. For example, with the top-of-the-line QN990F model with 8K resolution and a Neo QLED panel, you’ll receive a 20,000 CZK discount through the Trade-up program. Instead of the original 189,000 CZK for the TV, you’ll pay 169,000 CZK after the discount.

Benefits also for home appliances and other products

Next is the refrigerator category, for which Samsung offers benefits of up to 5,000 CZK during Black Friday as part of the Trade-up promotion. And finally, there’s a potential discount of up to 2,500 CZK if you trade in an old device and choose a new one from Samsung’s range of built-in kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, dryers, and washing machines.

The benefits also apply to a wide range of IT products, which at Samsung include monitors and data storage. You can get these devices cheaper by up to 7,000 CZK with the Trade-up bonus. For example, for the popular 49-inch Odyssey G9 gaming monitor, Samsung offers a 3,000 CZK discount with the Trade-up program, meaning you’ll pay 25,000 CZK instead of the original 28,000 CZK.

Trade-In: old device buy-back with online estimate

Again, in addition to the Trade-up program, where Samsung merely takes your old devices for recycling purposes, you can also use the Trade-In offer, which additionally adds the buy-back value of the old device. Here, the discount on a new device is conditional on the buy-back value of the old device. We will estimate this for you for free using an online form, and then you must send us the old device for assessment.

Extra rewards with the Samsung Rewards program

You can still count on benefits within the Samsung Rewards program, which allows you to collect loyalty points. You can join the program in your Samsung Account user account after accepting the terms and conditions. You will then automatically receive points for purchases on samsung.com/cz and will receive them 14 days after purchasing the product, i.e., after the return period has expired. When redeeming points, you must remain logged into your Samsung account and select Samsung Rewards as the payment method. You can choose how many points you want to redeem, up to 90 percent of the purchase price.

Increase in earned points by up to 10%

During the Black Friday promotion, you can achieve an increase in earned points for your purchase by up to 10 percent. The amount of extra points earned depends on the achieved membership level (Blue, Gold, and Platinum). Blue level members will receive an additional 6% of points, Gold level members will receive 8%, and finally, Platinum level members will receive the highest share of earned points, i.e., an additional 10%. So, if you purchase selected products worth, for example, 1,000 CZK, you can get up to 100 CZK back for your next purchase.

We will increase redeemed points by up to 100%

Furthermore, during the Black Friday promotion, Rewards points will also pay off if you use them when paying for goods. For selected products on samsung.com/cz, you can get an increase in the redeemed value of Rewards points by up to 100%. For example, if you pay with points worth 1,000 CZK, we will increase their value by another 1,000 CZK. The maximum increase value is 5,000 CZK, meaning when redeeming points worth 5,000 CZK, their value will be 10,000 CZK.

Further discounts, installments, and free shipping

The next offer includes the option to purchase in installments via Homecredit, where you’ll also get an additional 5% discount. The discount can be combined with other offers but does not apply to the purchase of mobile devices. Students with a valid ISIC, ITIC, or Alive card can even get a discount of up to 20% on selected goods.

If you shop through the mobile app, you’ll receive an additional 5% discount in your cart when purchasing goods from the complete portfolio of home appliances or TVs. You can also take advantage of installment purchases with no upfront payment required and a zero interest rate. You can spread the payment over 4, 10, or 24 months. And finally, for purchases made during the Black Friday promotion, you’ll also get free shipping, regardless of whether it’s a small phone box or a large TV or refrigerator.

How to save the most by shopping during Black Friday?

Let’s illustrate the entire Black Friday offer with an example of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra model. The 256GB variant of the phone costs 28,990 CZK. You send your old Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra model for buy-back, which we will purchase from you in good condition and the 256GB version for 6,823 CZK. Additionally, you will apply loyalty points totaling 5,000 CZK for the purchase, and we will increase their value by another 5,000 CZK. In total, you will pay only 12,167 CZK for the new Samsung S25 Ultra. For the purchase, you will get up to 9% (of the final purchase price) back for your next purchase with Platinum level membership, and you can also choose an installment option with 0% interest spread over 4, 10, or 24 months. And, of course, you get free shipping.

In the case of a TV, for example, if you choose the 75-inch Neo QLED 8K QN990F model, we will take your old 75-inch Samsung TV from you, for which you will receive 15,000 CZK as part of the Trade-up program. When purchasing in the app, you will receive a 5% discount, and you will get the same discount if you purchase the TV in installments with Homecredit.
