Samsung Galaxy Buds3 FE are coming to Czechia. They have a premium design and AI features

Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Buds3 FE wireless headphones on the Czech market. For what I consider an unfortunately chosen 3,699 CZK, you get modern TWS headphones with active noise cancellation and Galaxy AI artificial intelligence support. They will be available for sale from September 4th in two color variants – black and gray.

Design inspired by the more expensive Galaxy Buds3 Pro

The Galaxy Buds3 FE’s design is inspired by the higher-end Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The headphones feature a matte two-tone finish with translucent elements, giving them a modern and minimalist look. Each earbud weighs just 5 grams, while the charging case weighs 41.8 grams. The dimensions of the earbuds are 18 × 21.1 × 33.8 mm.

Samsung opted for an ergonomic in-ear design, ensuring comfortable wear even during extended listening. The headphones are IP54 certified, making them resistant to dust and splashing water – ideal for sports activities or rainy weather.

Larger Drivers and Active Noise Cancellation

Compared to the previous Galaxy Buds FE model, the new version features larger 11mm dynamic drivers, which provide fuller sound with deeper bass and clearer highs. Samsung has implemented active noise cancellation (ANC), which effectively filters out distracting ambient sounds. An Ambient Sound mode is also available for situations where you need to be aware of your surroundings.

For phone calls, the headphones utilize Crystal Clear Call technology with three microphones. A specially trained machine learning model enhances your voice and separates it from noisy backgrounds. The microphones are also optimally angled towards the mouth for better sound pickup.

Galaxy AI Support and Smart Features

Galaxy Buds3 FE support Galaxy AI artificial intelligence features, which will be available for free until the end of 2025. Key AI features include Interpreter for simultaneous translation during conversations in a foreign language. Unfortunately, Czech is not yet among the supported languages.

The headphones offer touch control – tap with two fingers to change settings, swipe to control volume. The Auto Switch feature automatically switches between paired Galaxy devices based on where you are currently playing content. After activating the voice assistant, you can control your phone by voice alone while it remains in your pocket.

Up to 30 Hours Battery Life with Case

The earbuds themselves last up to 8.5 hours of playback on a single charge with ANC off, or 6 hours with noise cancellation on. With the charging case, the total battery life extends to 30 hours without ANC, or 24 hours with active noise cancellation. For phone calls, Samsung states 4 hours of battery life, and 18 hours with the case.

The battery in the earbuds has a capacity of 53 mAh, and the charging case has 515 mAh. For connectivity, the headphones use Bluetooth 5.4 with support for SSC (Samsung Seamless Codec), AAC, and SBC codecs.

Price and Availability

The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 FE will be available in Czechia from September 4th at a recommended price of 3,699 CZK. This is where the problem arises, as the basic Galaxy Buds3 can already be purchased in Czechia for under two thousand, and the Galaxy Buds3 Pro have their cheapest offer just under the 3,000 mark. It is therefore difficult to estimate who exactly Samsung is targeting with the new model.
