Alza now has an interesting discount on the MOES ZS-SR-EU3 smart switch. From the original 599 CZK, the price has dropped to just 249 CZK, which represents a 58% decrease. The switch can control up to three lighting circuits simultaneously and offers modern features including voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant.

What the MOES switch can do and how it works

The MOES ZS-SR-EU3 switch offers an interesting way to turn ordinary lighting into smart lighting. Thanks to its three channels, you can control, for example, chandeliers in three rooms or different lighting zones in the living room with a single switch. The manufacturer guarantees a lifespan of 5 million presses, which should last for decades with normal use.

The switch operates on the Zigbee 3.0 protocol and works with Tuya or SmartLife applications. Once connected, you can control lights from anywhere via your phone, set time-based scenarios, or integrate them into automations. For example, when you leave home, all lights will turn off automatically.

What to watch out for before buying

The biggest catch is that the switch requires a Zigbee Hub to function. If you don’t have one yet, add another approximately 500–1500 CZK for the central unit. Without it, the switch only works as an ordinary mechanical switch, so you’ll lose all smart features.

Another limitation, of course, is the need for fixed wall installation. Disconnecting a standard switch and connecting this model requires at least basic knowledge of electrical installation. If you’re not confident doing it yourself, factor in the cost of an electrician.
