These were the most powerful Android phones in April 2026. Do you own any from the list? Home News AnTuTu published its April ranking of the most powerful Android phones, with iQOO 15 Ultra taking the win Nine out of ten models in the top ten are powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Less than half of the models from the top ten are currently available in the Czech Republic Sdílejte: Adam Kurfürst Published: 4. 5. 2026 06:30 Advertisement For anyone who closely follows the mobile scene, the beginning of the month represents a small event. AnTuTu regularly publishes a ranking of the most powerful smartphones from the past period, which can quite accurately show who quietly won the battle for the title of the fastest Android. The April results confirm that Qualcomm is clearly holding the reins this year. Furthermore, the ranking well illustrates how a large portion of current top-tier phones remain primarily a Chinese affair, which Czech customers can only watch from afar. Top three spots: iQOO takes both gold and silver The rest of the top ten and what will reach us Before we look at the list itself, it’s important to mention a few methodological details. AnTuTu works with average scores, not records, so the resulting numbers may differ from the highest values advertised by manufacturers. Furthermore, the data comes exclusively from China, which also influences the composition of the ranking. And as is customary, a significant portion of the models that appear in it will never officially make it to the European market. Top three spots: iQOO takes both gold and silver At the top of the entire ranking sits the iQOO 15 Ultra with an average score of 4,126,940 points. As the first model with the Ultra designation in the iQOO digital series, the manufacturer did not go down the path of creatively focused camera phones, but instead built a device primarily aimed at performance. This is also supported by the presence of active air cooling, which allows the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip to maintain high clock speeds long-term. The second position was taken by the iQOO 15 with a score of 4,102,621 points. Although it lags behind the Ultra version in extreme loads without active cooling, the difference is surprisingly small and you probably won’t notice it in everyday use. For most interested parties, the more balanced variant makes more practical sense – it is more affordable and differs only minimally from its more expensive sibling in other respects. Unfortunately, both models remain exclusive to the Chinese market and will not officially reach the Czech Republic. The third spot was taken by the gaming specialist RedMagic 11 Pro+ with a score of 4,098,742 points. The phone retains the characteristic features of the series, namely a notch-less display, flat back, and an active fan inside the body. This time, the new feature is the addition of liquid cooling, which pushes the long-term performance ceiling even higher. In Europe, the RedMagic 11 Pro model is available, which differs from the Pro+ version only in minor parameters. The rest of the top ten and what will reach us Fourth place belongs to the Realme GT 8 Pro, which was officially introduced in the Czech Republic at the end of last year. Fifth position is held by the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, which is currently only sold in China, but will arrive in the Czech Republic very soon. Sixth place was taken by the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, the only MediaTek representative in the top ten. It is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chip, which holds its own bravely against the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in AnTuTu, but won’t reach the top spots this year. Seventh and eighth positions are shared by the duo Honor Magic8 Pro and Magic8. Ninth is the Vivo X300 Ultra, which only recently made it into the catalogs of local retailers (and it’s an interesting phenomenon, as Vivo’s Ultra models were previously Chinese exclusives). The top ten is closed by the OnePlus 15T, which also likely won’t arrive officially in our region.
