If you’re looking for a large Samsung TV and don’t want to spend on the QN90F, the QN80F model has just significantly dropped in price. You can find it on Heureka for under 45,000 CZK – while the original price was almost 90,000. For an 85″ Mini LED panel with gaming features, this is an interesting offer.

The TV uses the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor with 4K upscaling and Mini LED backlighting with local dimming. For gamers, support for 144 Hz in game mode, VRR, and FreeSync Premium Pro on all four HDMI 2.1 ports is important. The Tizen system promises 7 years of updates, and apps like Netflix, Disney+, or Czech Oneplay and Voyo are included. The SolarCell remote charges with light.

In its review, RTings praises excellent SDR brightness and good readability in a bright room. Criticism is directed at mirror-like reflections in direct light and poorer motion handling – blurring is noticeable in fast scenes. In a dark room, issues with black uniformity become apparent. Dolby Vision is also missing – Samsung traditionally only supports HDR10+. It’s not the best TV in its class, but if you want an 85″ Samsung and have a budget of up to 50,000, you won’t find a better option in its lineup.

What do you think of this discount?
