A large OLED for movies, which also has gaming features: the 65-inch Samsung QE65S90H is available on Alza for 29,990 CZK with code ALZADNY40. Besides the price, it stands out with its matte screen, which is designed to reduce reflections when watching dark scenes. The offer thus makes sense for a living room where evening cinema alternates with gaming. The South Korean company originally charged 59,990 CZK for this model, and it’s also this year’s series.

Quick summary:
✅ Makes sense for: Households with multiple gaming devices. All four HDMI ports are version 2.1, so you don’t have to switch between a PC and consoles on a single such equipped input.
⚠️ Consider: The advertised AI upscaling to 4K does not apply to PC connections and gaming mode.
💡 The package includes a light-rechargeable SolarCell remote and a detachable stand.

Lower price even compared to the previous promotion

Without the code, the TV now costs 49,983 CZK, and the manufacturer originally charged 59,990 CZK for it. More interesting than the difference against the public price, however, is the comparison with the previous offer: just yesterday (Oct 11, 2026), the same model with code ALZADNY30 cost 36,990 CZK. The current 29,990 CZK with ALZADNY40 is therefore a lower amount even compared to that coupon promotion. Alza lists the TV as in stock.

For sports, you can adjust voice separately from effects

Besides the OLED panel with self-illuminating pixels, the way it handles sound is noteworthy. In AI settings, the TV can separate voice, music, and sound effects and allow their levels to be adjusted independently. During a sports broadcast, you can thus emphasize the commentary over a noisy audience.

The built-in speakers have a power output of 40 W and support Dolby Atmos. If you later add a soundbar, Q-Symphony allows the TV’s speakers to also be involved in playback, instead of remaining muted. However, you need to choose a soundbar that supports this feature, typically also from Samsung.

Up to 165 Hz in 4K and graphics synchronization

The specifications state a typical panel refresh rate of 100 / 120 Hz, but in gaming mode, the TV can handle up to 165 Hz at 4K resolution. This is precisely why it should be considered as a large screen for a gaming PC, in addition to its use for movies.

For smooth, tear-free gaming, Samsung lists AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and compatibility with NVIDIA G-SYNC. For a PC with an NVIDIA graphics card, it may be necessary to enable VRR both on the TV and in the graphics card driver. FreeSync, in turn, requires a compatible graphics card or APU from AMD.

Oneplay directly on the TV, support counted from 2026

The Tizen system includes Oneplay, Prima+, Skylink Live TV, and other internet TV services among its Czech applications. Compatible smart home devices can also be controlled via integrated SmartThings. For long-term use, the promise of Tizen updates for up to 7 years is significant: this period is counted from 2026, not from the moment of purchase.

Would you use such an OLED mainly for movies, or also for PC gaming?
