Three devices, one charger, and a 700 CZK discount. Who is the Cubenest SQS312 Pro for?

Phone, watch, headphones. Three devices, three chargers, and a tangle of cables on the nightstand. The foldable Cubenest SQS312 Pro station with Qi2 certification solves this with a single piece of aluminum, and it now costs 1,899 CZK instead of 2,599 CZK in the manufacturer’s e-shop. However, the 700 CZK discount comes with one condition that is good to know before ordering.

For Samsung phones up to last year, 15 watts is enough

The phone charges on the magnetic disk with a power of up to 15 W, watches up to 5 W according to the manufacturer, and Galaxy Buds and AirPods headphones fit on the bottom pad. More power wouldn’t help most Samsung phones anyway. The Galaxy S25 series, as well as the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 foldables, do not charge faster wirelessly. The only exception is this year’s Galaxy S26 Ultra with 25 W.

The station has two hinges, folds flat, and in the box, you’ll find a sturdy travel case, a 30W adapter, and a one-meter cable. On a hotel nightstand, it can replace a whole bag of chargers. However, with a weight of 205 grams, expect it to take up space in a backpack rather than a pocket.

You have to provide the magnets yourself

Qi2 relies on magnetic attachment, but Samsung has not included magnets in the body even for this year’s Galaxy S26 series. The company justifies this by stating that 83% of Galaxy owners use a phone case anyway. Cubenest has therefore included two magnetic rings with a template for precise application. A more elegant solution is a case with magnets. Without a magnet, the phone merely rests on the charger and can easily slide off.

Galaxy Watch9 and Ultra 2 are out of luck

And now for the condition. The charger can handle Galaxy Watch from the fourth generation up to Watch8 Classic and the first Watch Ultra. However, it will not charge this year’s Galaxy Watch9 and Watch Ultra 2. This is not Cubenest’s fault. Samsung changed the charging for the new watches so much that even its own older EP-OR825 charger is not compatible with them.

Those who wear Watch8 or older and don’t plan to upgrade will save 700 CZK without compromise. However, if you have watches from this summer, or are looking to get them, opt for the version with Qi2.2 for 2,599 CZK. That one will charge them and send up to 25 W to the phone.
