You can get the standalone 65″ LG OLED C5 cheaper from competitors, but without a soundbar. And that’s the point of this bundle – for 40,784 CZK with code ALZADNY20, you get both the TV and a 400W soundbar with a wireless subwoofer, which together is significantly more advantageous than buying both separately. Moreover, it’s not the basic C5, but the C5 Pro version (also known as C5E), which offers higher brightness compared to the standard model.

Quick summary:
Makes sense if you want top-notch picture and sound quality in one package without searching for a compatible soundbar.
⚠️ Consider if you need maximum brightness – the premium G5 model is significantly brighter, but costs more.
💡 For 40,784 CZK you get an OLED TV with one of the best price/performance ratios on the market, plus a soundbar that costs over 10 thousand separately.

What is C5 Pro and why is it more interesting than the regular C5

LG OLED C5 Pro sits in the hierarchy between the standard C5 and the flagship G5. It uses the same OLED panel as the C5, but with higher brightness – independent measurements show approximately 1,400 nits compared to 1,200 nits for the standard version. This is a noticeable difference, especially with HDR content featuring strong lighting effects and when watching in a bright room. Color reproduction is excellent with perfect blacks thanks to OLED technology. It supports HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision IQ (HDR10+ is unfortunately missing here). For gamers: 4× HDMI 2.1, 144 Hz in gaming mode, VRR, ALLM, FreeSync Premium and G-SYNC. WebOS 25 offers access to all important services, including Czech ones (Oneplay, SledováníTV, Kuki, and others).

Soundbar SC9S: why it makes sense in the bundle

The LG SC9S soundbar is designed specifically for LG OLED C-series – it attaches with a special bracket directly under the TV, forming a visually integrated unit. Power 400 W in a 3.1 configuration with a wireless subwoofer, support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. The sound difference compared to the TV’s own 40W speakers is, of course, significant. On Alza, it has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 34 customers. Users most often praise the significant sound improvement over the TV, easy connection (only one remote needed), and quality bass processing thanks to the wireless subwoofer.

What to expect

A few things are good to know beforehand. The TV’s C5 Pro does not reach the brightness of the flagship G5, which uses a more advanced RGB Tandem Layer panel – if absolute highest brightness and contrast matter to you, the G5 is still a class above, but at a different price point. Support for HDR10+ is missing, which might bother users of Samsung content. Regarding the soundbar, several reviewers mention that it sometimes doesn’t turn on automatically with the TV and that the soundbar’s remote control has an unintuitive button layout – but in practice, you control everything via the TV’s remote. According to reviews, mounting the bracket to the TV is better done by two people and before assembling the TV stand (the TV manual doesn’t mention this). The soundbar mechanically fits 55″ and larger C-series models.

Verdict

The LG OLED C5 Pro + SC9S set for 40,784 CZK is one of the smartest ways to get a complete home theater without complicated component combining. OLED picture with higher brightness than the standard C5, a 400W soundbar with Dolby Atmos and a wireless subwoofer – all for a price at which you would otherwise get only the TV of a similar level. If you are considering buying a 65″ OLED and know you’ll want better sound, this offer makes sense.

Would you buy a soundbar directly in a bundle with a TV, or would you choose sound separately?
