Undoubtedly the best laptop for 25 thousand! MacBook Air M4 discounted to a minimum in the Czech Republic

Whoever was waiting for the right moment to buy the MacBook Air with the M4 chip has just found it. According to the Heureka website, the base model with 16 GB RAM and 256GB SSD can be found for as little as 25,250 CZK. That’s a drop of almost five thousand from the original 29,990 CZK. Larger e-shops like Alza are holding the price at 25,990 CZK, which is still a great offer.

Paradox: the best deal is directly from Apple

The situation has an interesting twist. If you are a student or educator, you paradoxically won’t find the best deal at e-shops, but directly on Apple.cz. The MacBook there costs 26,990 CZK, which is a thousand more than elsewhere, but beware – you get free AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation with it. These normally cost around 4 – 5 thousand crowns.

Want even better headphones? For an extra 1,790 CZK, you can get AirPods Pro 2, which normally cost around 6,000 CZK.

Performance that’s enough for everything

I personally use the MacBook Air M4 and can confirm that it has plenty of performance to spare. It handles everything from basic office work to video editing in DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, and photo editing in Photoshop.

Thanks to the 16 GB unified memory as standard (it used to be only 8 GB), everything runs smoothly even during multitasking. The laptop remains quiet – it simply has no fan, so you work in complete silence.

All-day battery life and a new blue

Apple promises up to 18 hours of battery life, which in practice means you can leave your charger at home. Realistically, it lasts a full workday with plenty to spare during normal use. Two sizes are available – 13″ and 15″ displays, both with Liquid Retina technology and 500 nits of brightness.

A new feature is the sky blue color, which joins silver, starlight, and midnight. The design remains minimalist with an aluminum body, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, MagSafe charging, and – believe it or not – a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Support for two external displays finally on the Air too

A big new feature is support for up to two external displays, which previously only Pro models could do. This is a crucial improvement for working from home or the office. The laptop also received an improved 12MP webcam with Center Stage functionality, which automatically keeps you in frame during video calls.

The MacBook Air M4 is also ready for Apple Intelligence, although it currently only works to a limited extent in Europe.
