Unity from O2 and Air Bank opens to everyone. But beware: the biggest benefit remains only for the chosen few Home News The Unity loyalty program from O2 and Air Bank opens to all non-corporate customers – now services with just one company are enough Hundreds of thousands of new users will gain access to benefits; previously, it was necessary to have services with both companies simultaneously However, the monthly reward of 300 CZK back to the account remains reserved only for joint O2 and Air Bank customers Sdílejte: Jakub Kárník Published: 27. 10. 2025 05:38 Advertisement O2 and Air Bank – both companies from the PPF group – are changing the rules for accessing their loyalty program Unity. Until now, it was necessary to have services with both companies simultaneously, which was a barrier to entry. From now on, it is enough to be a customer of either O2 or Air Bank, and access to benefits is open. This means hundreds of thousands of additional users can join the current more than half a million members. What is changing and for whom Unity has been operating since 2023 and originally targeted customers who had services with both companies – typically a mobile tariff with O2 and a current account with Air Bank. The condition is now simplified: it is enough to be a non-corporate customer of one of these companies, and access to Unity is automatically active. In practice, this means that if you only have a tariff with O2 (and an account with, for example, Česká spořitelna), or only an account with Air Bank (and a SIM card from Vodafone), you can start using benefits such as discounts on devices, competitions for concert tickets, or access to other benefits within the PPF group. What does Unity offer? The range of benefits varies according to the current campaign, but in principle, it includes: Discounts on devices – for example, currently a WG Premium Phone protective film for 99 CZK instead of the usual 499 CZK Competitions for tickets to sports and cultural events Offers within the PPF group (Home Credit, Mall Group, etc.) Benefits are activated directly in the Moje O2 or My Air application with a single click and are displayed on the main page. The offer is continuously updated – according to the press release, O2 is preparing special Christmas promotions. 300 CZK reward back: still only for joint customers The biggest benefit – the monthly reward of 300 CZK back to the account – remains reserved only for those who have services with both companies. The conditions are as follows: O2 tariff paid by invoice with a minimum amount of 600 CZK per month Invoice paid from an account with Air Bank At least 5 payments with an Air Bank card per month If you meet these conditions, you will receive 300 CZK back each month (i.e., 3,600 CZK annually). This is still the most attractive part of Unity and a reason to have services with both companies. For those who have only one of them, the reward is unavailable – they are left with “only” discount vouchers and competitions. Do you use the benefits of the Unity program?
