Three hundred twenty hertz is a value you usually see on monitors costing ten thousand and more. The iiyama G-Master GB2791QSU-B1 now costs 5,243 CZK with code ALZADNY25 instead of 6,990 CZK – and it adds QHD resolution, a 0.6 ms response time, and a USB hub.

👍 Consider it if you play competitive shooters and want the maximum fluidity your graphics card can achieve.
🤔 Hesitate if you have a weaker graphics card – 320 Hz in QHD will only be utilized in less demanding games or with a powerful PC.
💰 Price: 5,243 CZK for a 320Hz QHD monitor with a USB hub and a fully adjustable stand.

Three hundred twenty hertz only makes sense with a powerful PC

Let’s be honest from the start: you will only utilize 320 Hz if your graphics card can render 320 frames per second. In CS2, Valorant, or Rocket League, even a mid-range card can handle it, but with modern AAA titles in QHD, you’ll hit a wall. For competitive players, however, this is a crucial argument – the difference between 144 and 320 Hz is noticeable during fast aiming, especially in combination with a 0.6 ms response time, which is one of the lowest values on the market.

The rest of the features are above average for a gaming monitor. The Fast IPS panel offers better colors and viewing angles than TN panels, which were previously used in high-refresh-rate monitors, and the matte finish suppresses reflections. A big plus is the integrated USB hub with four USB 3.2 ports – you can plug your keyboard, mouse, and headset directly into the monitor instead of searching for ports behind the case. It also includes two HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4, built-in speakers, G-Sync compatibility, and a fully adjustable stand, including pivot to portrait mode.

Where are the limits

Brightness of 350 nits and contrast of 1000:1 are typical for an IPS panel – sufficient for gaming and work, but the HDR mode here should again be taken as a formality, as true HDR requires significantly higher brightness. The color depth is 8-bit, so for professional color work, there are better (and more expensive) options.

And a final note on purchasing: the monitor is listed as in stock with the supplier, so expect a longer delivery time than for goods in Alza’s warehouse. For gamers who want maximum fluidity and have a powerful PC, this is one of the most interesting monitors on the market for 5,243 CZK.

Can you tell the difference between 144 and 320 Hz, or is it beyond the limits of perception?
