The application brings a personalized approach to each user and, most importantly, the Vodafone Happy loyalty program, which is already used by 30 million people worldwide. The application was developed entirely internally by Vodafone teams, not by an external supplier, which ensures maximum control over data security. Dashboard tailored to each user The main screen of the application automatically adapts to your usage style. Instead of a static interface, you will see tiles with functions you actually use. If you frequently check data consumption, this information will be prioritized. If you regularly top up credit, a quick shortcut for topping up will appear. Vodafone negotiates individual discounts directly with partners, so you can look forward to more interesting offers than standard percentage discounts. The program also includes gamification elements that will make earning rewards more enjoyable. Smarter assistant TOBi with artificial intelligence The chatbot TOBi is getting an upgrade in the form of artificial intelligence. It can immediately explain items on your invoice, advise on SIM card replacement, or help with service settings. Thanks to machine learning, TOBi gradually learns from each interaction, and its responses will become more accurate and useful.
