White graphics card for a great price! The RX 9070 XT from Acer offers excellent performance, but there's a catch… Home News The Acer Predator BiFrost Radeon RX 9070 XT is AMD's flagship graphics card with RDNA 4 architecture and 16 GB GDDR6 memory in a white design Originally 19,990 CZK, with code ALZADNY20 for 15,992 CZK — currently one of the cheapest RX 9070 XT cards in the Czech Republic White edition ideal for white PC builds — for black variants from XFX Swift or Sapphire PULSE, expect a similar price tag Sdílejte: Jakub Kárník Published: 22. 4. 2026 02:30 Advertisement If you’re building a gaming rig in a white design and want adequate performance, this offer is worth considering. The Acer Predator BiFrost Radeon RX 9070 XT is available on Alza for 15,992 CZK after applying the code ALZADNY20. Compared to the launch price of 19,990 CZK, this is a saving of almost 4,000 CZK, and in the upper-mid-range AMD category, it’s one of the lowest prices you’ll find for an RX 9070 XT in the Czech Republic today. Competing cards from XFX Swift or Sapphire PULSE are in a similar price range, but usually only in black variants. Performance for a reasonable price What to expect (and how to deal with it) Quick summary:✅ Makes sense if you’re building a white PC and want cards that match the design of white cases. Performance-wise, it’s a very capable card for 1440p ultra or even 4K gaming with FSR.⚠: Consider that Acer in this series has a long-standing issue with a problematic factory default fan curve — many international users on Reddit complain about high temperatures and noisy operation. A little work in Adrenalin software, however, significantly improves the situation.💡 For 15,992 CZK, you get 16 GB GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, boost 3,100 MHz, RDNA 4 with 4,096 stream processors, PCIe 5.0 x16, DisplayPort 2.1, and a four-slot cooling solution with three fans. KOUPIT S KÓDEM ALZADNY20 Performance for a reasonable price The RX 9070 XT is currently AMD’s most powerful card — with 16 GB VRAM and a 256-bit bus, it offers enough memory for 1440p and 4K gaming for many years to come. For comparison with the competition: this card’s performance ranks between the NVIDIA RTX 5070 and RTX 5070 Ti, offering an interesting price-to-performance ratio. On Reddit, some users agree that after a bit of tweaking, it’s “a beast” and with a 7800X3D processor, it has no problem running at 100% in most modern games. The four-slot cooling solution with three fans looks massive and can effectively dissipate heat from the 340W chip in practice — if given suitable conditions. From a competitive perspective — for a similar price, you can get an XFX Swift or Sapphire PULSE, which, according to reviews, have more robust cooling solutions. But if you’ve decided on a white build, this Acer card is usually one of the few options to get a white RX 9070 XT at a reasonable price — and that’s often the deciding factor. What to expect (and how to deal with it) Now we come to the most problematic aspect — the Acer BiFrost factory fan profile. Many international reviewers complain that the card runs at high temperatures with stock settings — the hotspot reaches 95 °C or even 110 °C before the fans even react. Furthermore, under full load, the fans are loud and, according to users, have an unpleasant tone. One German reviewer returned this card because the fans started late and the cooling performance was insufficient for the advertised 340 W TBP. The good news is — this situation can be significantly improved. Acer has released a firmware update that, according to experienced users, noticeably adjusts the fan curve. In practice, the recommended settings in AMD Adrenalin look like this: Power Offset -25 mV, Power Target -15%, and a maximum fan limit around 65%. With these settings, the card maintains temperatures at reasonable values, and the noise is tolerable. One user, after setting a -10% power limit and undervolting, writes that GPU temperatures stay around 52 °C and the hotspot around 83 °C — which is already a decent value. This card is therefore not a “plug and play” option. If you don’t want to deal with undervolting and manual adjustments in Adrenalin software, opt for an XFX Swift or Sapphire PULSE, or the more expensive PURE edition, which is white. However, if you enjoy tweaking, have good airflow in your case, and need a white card, this is a reasonable compromise at the current price.
