Key is the support for the 6 GHz band, which is practically interference-free – while 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands are overcrowded in apartment buildings, 6 GHz is still a “greenfield”.

Another important feature is Multi-Link Operation (MLO) – a device can simultaneously send and receive data across multiple bands at once. In practice, this means a more stable connection and lower latency, which you’ll appreciate during video calls, streaming, or online gaming. 320 MHz wide channels (double that of Wi-Fi 6) allow for more simultaneous transmissions at maximum speed.
