Xiaomi brought a practical magnetic power bank with a stand to the Czech Republic. It also impresses with its display

In September last year, Xiaomi globally introduced a magnetic power bank with an integrated stand, which impressed with its combination of MagSafe compatibility and practical design. Now, the new product with the somewhat cumbersome name Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 with Built-in Stand is finally arriving on the Czech market, where the manufacturer charges 1,159 CZK for it.

Stand and magnetic attachment in one

The main draw of the power bank is the retractable stand, which opens to an angle of approximately 80 degrees. In combination with a magnetic attachment force of 13 N, you can comfortably prop up your phone and watch content while it charges. The magnets are compatible with iPhone 12 series and newer; for Android phones, it depends on Qi2 standard support or the use of a magnetic case.

Xiaomi has also integrated a USB-C cable with an L-shaped connector into the power bank, which doesn’t interfere with holding the phone when connected. This means you don’t have to worry about forgetting your charging cable – just pull out the built-in one.

Four ways to charge

The power bank offers several ways to power your devices. For wired charging, it provides up to 33 W of power for compatible Xiaomi phones, which is a solid value for a power bank of this size. It then recharges itself with 30 W via the USB-C port.

Wireless charging works with 7.5 W for iPhones, 15 W for EPP-supported phones, and 10 W for newer Xiaomi models. Basic Qi devices charge at 5 W. The option of pass-through charging is practical – you can recharge the power bank and simultaneously power other devices from it.

Overall, it can charge up to three devices simultaneously – two wired and one wirelessly. To activate wireless charging while a wired connection is active, you need to hold the button for 2 seconds.

Capacity and practical information

Inside are two 5,000 mAh cells, which together provide energy equivalent to 10,000 mAh. The rated capacity is 5,900 mAh at 5 V, which corresponds to 37 Wh – making the power bank suitable for air travel without restrictions.

According to the manufacturer’s data, a fully charged power bank can charge an iPhone 15 or 16 Pro approximately twice, a Xiaomi 14 Ultra about 1.5 times, and a Xiaomi 15 about 1.3 times. On the front, you’ll find a digital display showing the current battery status and charging indicators.

Regarding supported protocols, the power bank is compatible with PD 3.0 (including PPS), QC 3.0, BC 1.2, and Apple 2.4A, so it can handle most current devices. Four color variants are available.

Who is the power bank suitable for?

The Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 with Built-in Stand primarily targets iPhone owners who will appreciate the magnetic attachment and the ability to wirelessly charge while watching videos thanks to the integrated stand. However, it could also appeal to owners of Google Pixel 10 series models, which finally received magnets, and with which the power bank should theoretically be compatible (although the manufacturer does not explicitly state this). The combination with a USB-C cable then ensures versatility for other devices as well.

For 1,159 CZK, you get a well-equipped power bank with several practical additional features. However, if you don’t utilize the magnetic attachment and classic wired charging is sufficient for you, you can find power banks with higher capacity for a similar price on the market.
