Now it’s official – all five size variants from 55 to 98 inches are already available for purchase on Xiaomi’s Czech e-shop. And the pricing looks quite interesting, although it’s important to note that individual models differ more than might appear at first glance. What they have in common: Mini LED with quantum dots Better features found in larger diagonals Connectivity and smart features Prices and availability in the Czech Republic Who are these TVs for? What they have in common: Mini LED with quantum dots The entire series is united by QD-Mini LED technology, a combination of Mini LED backlighting with quantum dots (QLED) for better color reproduction. Xiaomi promises peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits for all models, a dynamic contrast ratio of 12,000,000:1, and a minimum brightness of 0.0001 nits, which it compares to OLED panel levels. Color coverage is 94% of the DCI-P3 space, and the TVs display 1.07 billion colors thanks to 10-bit depth. The number of local dimming zones varies by size. The smallest 55″ model has 308 zones, the 65″ variant has 384, the 75″ offers 512 zones, the 85″ model has 640 zones, and the flagship 98″ version boasts 880 independent zones. The more zones, the more precise control of backlighting in individual parts of the image. Better features found in larger diagonals The series is essentially divided into two segments, which is important to know before purchasing. Smaller 55″, 65″, and 75″ models offer a basic 60Hz refresh rate with the option to activate a 120Hz Game Boost mode at lower resolutions (Full HD or 1440p). Under the hood, we find a quad-core Cortex-A55 processor complemented by just 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. Among HDR formats, they support HDR10+, HLG, and Filmmaker Mode, but Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos are missing. Larger 85″ and 98″ models are significantly better. They feature a native 144Hz refresh rate and can reach up to 288 Hz in Game Boost mode. They are powered by a more powerful Cortex-A73 with 3 GB of RAM. VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) support is also available for a smoother gaming experience. Unlike their smaller siblings, these models support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, which will be especially appreciated by movie enthusiasts. Connectivity and smart features Differences between segments are also reflected in connectivity. Smaller models offer Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and one HDMI 2.1. Larger variants bring Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and three HDMI 2.1 ports with 4K at 144 Hz support. Additionally, they feature a combination of USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is missing on smaller models. All TVs run on Google TV with integrated Google Assistant. They support Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, and Miracast for wireless content playback from mobile devices. Sound on all models is handled by two 15W speakers with Dolby Audio and DTS:X certification. Prices and availability in the Czech Republic Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 2026 are available on the official Xiaomi e-shop at the following prices: 55″ model – 13,999 CZK 65″ model – 18,999 CZK 75″ model – 23,999 CZK 85″ model – 35,999 CZK 98″ model – 54,999 CZK Who are these TVs for? Smaller 55–75″ models are suitable for casual movie watching and occasional gaming, where a 60Hz panel with Game Boost mode will suffice. Those who require a high refresh rate, VRR, and Dolby Vision must opt for the 85″ or 98″ variant – but here, one must account for a significantly higher price and space requirements. It’s worth noting that smaller models only have 2 GB of RAM, which might limit the smoothness of the Google TV system in the future. If you care about full features, including Dolby Vision and a native 144Hz panel, be prepared to pay at least 35,999 CZK for the 85″ model. Are you interested in Xiaomi’s new Mini LED TV series?
