Xiaomi introduced the new Redmi A27Q 2026 monitor! It has 120 Hz, QHD resolution, and is extremely cheap Home News Xiaomi refreshed its affordable Redmi A27Q monitor with a 120Hz IPS panel In China, it costs only 779 yuan (about 2,300 CZK without tax) It offers 2K resolution, 98% DCI-P3 coverage, and thin bezels for multi-monitor setups Sdílejte: Jakub Kárník Published: 17. 9. 2025 06:30 Advertisement Xiaomi quietly introduced an improved version of its popular affordable monitor Redmi A27Q. The 2026 model brings one major change – a 120Hz refresh rate instead of last year’s 100 Hz. In China, it starts at a price of 779 yuan, which is roughly 2,200 Czech crowns without tax and fees. For comparison – similarly equipped monitors in our country start around 4,000 Czech crowns. The basic parameters remain the same: a 27-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels (WQHD/2K). This is the sweet spot between Full HD and 4K – texts are sharp, in games you’ll achieve decent FPS even with a mid-range graphics card, and for work, you’ll have enough space for multiple windows side-by-side. Accurate Colors Xiaomi boasts “professional” color accuracy with 8-bit depth, 98% DCI-P3 coverage, and 100% sRGB. However, these are completely standard parameters commonly found in monitors up to 5,000. KOUPIT LEVNÝ QHD MONITOR Brightness of 300 nits is average in this price category. It’s sufficient for working in a brightly lit room, but HDR content won’t shine as it should. The monitor supports DC dimming at full brightness, which eliminates backlight flickering and saves eyes during long work sessions. Thin Bezels and Practical Connectivity The design with minimal bezels on three sides makes the Redmi A27Q an ideal choice for multi-monitor setups. Two or three side-by-side will create an almost continuous surface without distracting transitions. The stand allows for tilting in both vertical and horizontal directions – it’s a pity that Xiaomi doesn’t mention height adjustment or pivot mode. The connectivity options are solid: DisplayPort 1.4 – handles full 120 Hz at 1440p HDMI 2.0 – also 120 Hz at 1440p, ideal for consoles 3.5mm audio output – for connecting headphones or speakers A USB hub is missing, which would be useful in this price category. USB-C with Power Delivery for charging a laptop with a single cable would also be nice, but we cannot expect that from a monitor costing 3,000 Czech crowns. Czech Alternatives Are Surprisingly Affordable Xiaomi has not yet confirmed the global launch of the new Redmi A27Q, and we probably won’t see it officially in the Czech Republic. The monitor might appear under a different designation, but we have no certainty. However, Czechs don’t have to be sad. While a few years ago, 27″ QHD monitors with 144 Hz and higher refresh rates were the domain of the premium segment, today you can commonly find them for under 4,000 Czech crowns. Brands like AOC, ASUS, or MSI offer models with similar parameters, often with bonuses like AMD FreeSync or higher refresh rates. What do you think of the new Redmi A27Q 2026 monitor?
