With the new Mijia Constant Temperature Electric Kettle 3, Xiaomi sticks to its proven minimalist design with a matte white finish and simple controls. The kettle has a **seamless 316L stainless steel liner** which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and safe for preparing drinking water. The double-layer construction consisting of this stainless steel liner and high-temperature resistant outer plastic should also ensure that you don’t get burned while boiling.

The kettle offers 4 preset **temperatures**, namely 45 °C, 60 °C, 70 °C, and 85 °C, expanding the possibilities for preparing various types of beverages at the ideal temperature. Xiaomi has also added a **24-hour** silent temperature maintenance **function**, so the water can stay warm without the kettle’s disturbing sounds.

Another interesting feature is the **ability to switch between tap water and filtered water modes**, which optimizes the heating process according to the quality of the input water.

Mijia Electric Kettle 3 also comes with practical details

On the kettle’s handle, you can find a **digital display** showing the current water temperature. The kettle lid itself opens with a single button – moreover, in a two-stage mode, which minimizes steam leakage and the potential risk of scalding.

The kettle’s power is **1800 W**, ensuring fast and even heating. Safety features include automatic shut-off upon boiling or dry boil protection in case the kettle contains no water. There is also a lock for the mentioned lid and a **thermostat tested for over 10,000 cycles**.

Regarding availability, the Mijia Electric Kettle 3 is currently selling on Chinese markets for 169 jüanů (~ 500 Kč). Unfortunately, it is not yet clear whether or when it will appear on the European market.
