April traditionally means a celebration of fans at Xiaomi. The company was founded in April 2010, and since 2012, it has organized the Xiaomi Fan Festival — an event that has gradually grown from a local Chinese affair into a global discount event. This year’s edition is no exception, bringing attractive prices for fresh new products and proven items to the Czech market. You can shop on mi.com/cz, as well as at regular distributors like Alza and other retailers. And if you’re tempted by a draw for a robotic vacuum cleaner or a power bank, just grab the right product at the right time.

Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra: new products on sale right away

The main stars of this year’s festival are the newly launched models Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The basic Xiaomi 17 with Leica Summilux optical lenses is available in the 12/256 GB configuration from 19,549 CZK (regular price 22,999 CZK), while the 12/512 GB variant costs 20,399 CZK. The surcharge is thus only a few hundred for double the storage.

Those who want the best can opt for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra with a 200Mpx Leica telephoto lens (75–100 mm) and a 16/512 GB configuration for 32,399 CZK instead of the regular 35,999 CZK. Additionally, for both models, Xiaomi offers a trade-in bonus of up to 5,000 CZK for an old phone, so the real price can drop even lower.

However, the festival is far from over with the seventeen series. Among the most interesting offers is the Xiaomi 15T series — the 15T model starts at 9,999 CZK (from the original 14,990 CZK), and the higher 15T Pro from 12,999 CZK (from 18,990 CZK). Both variants with Leica Summilux lenses and a trade-in bonus of up to 1,500 CZK offer an exceptional performance-to-price ratio at festival prices.

From the POCO series, the brand new POCO X8 Pro Max with an 8,500 mAh battery and 100W charging for 11,999 CZK (from 15,299 CZK) is worth noting, or the cheaper POCO X8 Pro from 7,899 CZK. For less demanding users, there’s the Redmi Note 15 series starting at just 3,699 CZK. It still offers a 120 Hz AMOLED display, solid performance, and a large battery.

Tablets have not been left out — the new Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro with a 3.2K display at 144 Hz and a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip is available from 13,299 CZK, while the basic Xiaomi Pad 8 with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 starts from 9,099 CZK. Those looking for a tablet mainly for content consumption can opt for the Redmi Pad 2 for 3,499 CZK.

Smart Home: vacuum cleaners, TVs, and projectors

The Xiaomi Fan Festival traditionally means more than just discounts on phones. The brand is gradually building a smart home ecosystem, and festival prices are a good opportunity to try it out. The robotic vacuum cleaner Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro with a hot-air drying base station is available for 11,499 CZK (from 15,399 CZK), the cheaper X20+ for 9,999 CZK, and the entry-level model H40 for 4,899 CZK.

Among the interesting items are the Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 55″ for 12,999 CZK or its larger 75″ sibling for 23,999 CZK. The Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro for 6,399 CZK (from 7,199 CZK) will please those who want a large picture without a large TV. And if you’re looking for a refrigerator, the Xiaomi Refrigerator Cross Door with a capacity of 502 liters will cost 14,999 CZK.

Among the smaller items, worth mentioning are the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer for 1,299 CZK, the Xiaomi Watch 5 with Google Gemini (which also works in Czech!) for 6,999 CZK, or the excellent Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro headphones for 4,699 CZK.

Coupons, draws, and where to shop

On mi.com/cz, in addition to discounted prices, you’ll find a set of discount coupons — a 5% discount on phones and tablets, a 7% discount on AIOT products, headphones, watches, and bands, and a 5% discount on TVs. The coupons are valid for 30 days and can be collected directly on the festival page.

Additionally, Xiaomi has launched a prize draw. When purchasing a phone or tablet between April 8th and May 3rd, you will automatically be entered into a competition for a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20 or a 165W Power Bank 10,000 mAh — winners will be selected based on the chronological order of purchases (every 10th, 20th, 30th buyer, etc.). When purchasing a vacuum cleaner, air fryer, TV, or scooter, you can win a Redmi A5 phone.

The event is not only running on mi.com — you can also find festival prices at distributors such as Alza.cz.
