The second model also appeared with regulators in the United Arab Emirates (TDRA) and Taiwan (NCC). According to leaks, this version is accompanied by NFC for contactless payments. Xiaomi has not officially confirmed anything yet, so consider the specific model breakdown unofficial. The battery also attracted a good deal of attention. Certification documents and the UL organization listing state a cell with a capacity of 233 mAh for the new model – exactly as much as the current Smart Band 10 offers. The battery life will therefore most likely not improve, and any potential enhancements will probably be based on software and new sensors.
