Xiaomi to unveil Redmi K90 Pro Max next week. It will offer great performance and feature a Bose speaker on its back

The Chinese brand Redmi is set to expand its powerful K series with the very first model designated Pro Max. The Redmi K90 Pro Max will be officially unveiled on October 23rd in China, and following the tradition of previous years, it is expected to generate enormous interest among customers. Rectangular Module with Bose Speaker

While the previous K80 series opted for a circular camera module, the new K90 Pro Max comes with a large rectangular strip across the upper part of the back. A similar design was previously seen on the Redmi K70 Pro, also known as POCO F6 Pro in European markets. It houses a trio of cameras, including a periscope telephoto lens, which will ensure high-quality zoom. Surprisingly, the module also includes a speaker developed in collaboration with the renowned company Bose.

The front of the phone features a flat display with minimal bezels and a small punch-hole for the selfie camera. Redmi has so far shown two color variants – an elegant white and an unconventional denim blue with a special finish that resembles the popular textile material.

Performance Powered by the Latest Snapdragon

Although Redmi has not yet confirmed specific specifications, there is speculation about the deployment of the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Along with the Pro Max model, the basic K90 without the “Apple-like” moniker could also be unveiled on October 23rd.

The individual models of the Redmi K90 series are expected to reach global markets later under the POCO brand, though likely with certain hardware changes this time as well. We currently know about the existence of the POCO F8 Ultra, but it is not entirely clear at the moment whether it will be an equivalent to the freshly unveiled Redmi K90 Pro Max or the cheaper K90 Pro.
