The new S Pro Mini LED 2026 TVs combine the best of modern display technologies – Mini LED backlighting with quantum dots for accurate colors. And what’s more, they add something you won’t often see in TVs of this price category: a special anti-reflective layer that finally solves the age-old problem of window reflections. QD-Mini LED is not just a marketing buzzword Anti-reflective film Gamers get 144 Hz and something extra Google TV instead of HyperOS Sound supported by Harman and Dolby Atmos Prices and availability currently uncertain QD-Mini LED is not just a marketing buzzword The combination of Mini LED backlighting with quantum dot (QD) technology is not new in the TV world, but with few exceptions, it is mainly found in premium models costing tens of thousands. Xiaomi is bringing this technology to the mainstream. The largest 75-inch version will offer 704 independently controlled dimming zones, the 65-inch has 532 zones, and the smallest 55-inch still has a respectable 408 zones. What does this mean in practice? The TV can selectively dim parts of the image where black is intended, while bright areas remain vibrant. The result is better contrast and minimal halo effect – that annoying light outline around subtitles or other bright objects on a dark background. A peak brightness of 1700 nits then ensures that HDR is not just a marketing phrase. Anti-reflective film Xiaomi has applied a special anti-reflective film to the panel with a reflectivity of just 0.5%. The total display reflectivity is then only 1.8%. The panel itself covers 94% of the DCI-P3 color space and displays over a billion colors. It naturally supports all important HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG. Gamers get 144 Hz and something extra The base 144 Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution will please owners of powerful graphics cards. However, Xiaomi adds an interesting feature – Game Boost mode with 288 Hz. While this works at a lower resolution, it can be crucial for competitive gaming where every millisecond counts. The TV is FreeSync Premium certified and supports VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), so screen tearing will be a thing of the past. Also on board is ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), which automatically switches the TV to game mode with minimal delay. Google TV instead of HyperOS While the Chinese versions run on the proprietary HyperOS, European models received the proven Google TV. This means access to all popular streaming services, including Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max. Also included are Chromecast for easy streaming from a phone and Apple AirPlay for iPhone owners. Performance is provided by a quad-core Cortex-A73 processor with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. Connectivity is handled by Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Sound supported by Harman and Dolby Atmos A pair of 15W speakers supports Dolby Atmos, while the Harman AudioEFX system (available via OTA update) fine-tunes the sound profile according to the content you are watching. Prices and availability currently uncertain As for prices, the smallest 55″ model starts at 16,999 CZK, the mid-range 65″ costs 22,999 CZK, and the largest 75″ diagonal costs 26,999 CZK.
