Xiaomi unveiled a magnetic power bank with a practical stand and 10,000 mAh capacity

The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi officially unveiled a new magnetic power bank named Magnetic Stand Power Bank 10000 7.5W, which combines the role of a backup power source with a practical phone stand. The new product went on pre-sale for 169 yuan (approximately 500 CZK converted) and is available in four color variants.

Practical Holder with up to 80-Degree Adjustment Angle

The main advantage of the new power bank is its integrated stand with a maximum opening angle of 80 degrees, which allows for comfortable video watching or video calls while charging. The device features a 10,000 mAh capacity divided into two 5,000 mAh cells and a digital display showing the remaining power.

The power bank offers up to 33W wired output, and can charge itself at up to 30W. Wireless output reaches up to 15W. The power bank supports various fast charging protocols, allowing it to intelligently recognize the connected device and adapt the power to its needs. MagSafe-compatible magnetic attachment ensures a reliable connection to iPhone 12 series and newer.

Integrated Cable and Extensive Safety Features

Xiaomi equipped the power bank with its own cable, so users don’t need to carry additional accessories, and theoretically, they can charge up to three devices simultaneously – one with this cable, another using the integrated USB-C port, and a third wirelessly. Last but not least, the device includes nine layers of safety protection, including temperature control and prevention of overvoltage and short circuits.

Who is the New Product For

Given MagSafe support, the new product will especially suit iPhone users. The combination of a holder with charging is practical for office use, and I can imagine having a similar device on my desk (though I probably wouldn’t buy it, as my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL doesn’t support Qi 2).

The 10,000 mAh capacity is sufficient for one to two full charges of current smartphones, which is enough for day trips. The 15W wireless output is not the fastest on the market, but it will be sufficient for regular power top-ups throughout the day.
