Don't expect any experiments. Samsung confirmed the lineup of the Galaxy S26 series; you won't find Pro or Edge among the models

In recent months, speculations have been spreading among Samsung fans about a possible expansion of the flagship Galaxy S series. Some hoped for the arrival of a Galaxy S26 Pro model, while others expected last year’s experiment with the Galaxy S25 Edge to get a successor. However, the manufacturer itself – albeit seemingly unintentionally – has now buried these hopes.

Traditional Trio Without Surprises

Samsung’s Colombian branch, as noted by GSMArena, published a PDF document concerning promotional offers, which features only three models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. There is no trace of Pro or Edge models in the materials, which confirms earlier information leaks that ruled out the arrival of these variants.

However, this does not necessarily mean that Samsung has completely abandoned experimental models. In the case of the Galaxy S26 Edge, it is possible that the manufacturer will introduce it several months later, similar to last year. For now, however, everything indicates that we will see the proven trio without any surprises at the February Galaxy Unpacked event.

When will the new products hit the market?

Earlier leaks revealed that Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy S26 series on February 25, 2026, at the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco. According to newer information from leaker billbil-kun, sales in Europe will start on March 11, 2026. Approximately two weeks will pass between the unveiling and the start of sales, which aligns with Samsung’s strategy from previous years. Pre-orders should be launched shortly after the unveiling, i.e., still in February.
