If you are looking for an affordable tablet with a large display for everyday entertainment, Mironet currently has the best offer on the Czech market. You can get the Redmi Pad 2 in 4/128GB configuration there for just 3,190 CZK, while competitor Alza asks for 4,490 CZK for the same model. The difference of 1,300 crowns makes this offer an interesting opportunity for anyone who wants a tablet primarily for watching videos, reading, or casual gaming.

What you get for 3 thousand crowns

The Redmi Pad 2 features an 11-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. Xiaomi has integrated a 90Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate into the tablet, which ensures smooth content scrolling and pleasant responsiveness during operation. The display supports 10-bit color depth and achieves sufficient brightness for indoor use.

At the heart of the tablet is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra processor built on 6nm manufacturing technology. Combined with 4 GB of RAM, it can handle common tasks such as web browsing, streaming services, or working with documents. The internal storage has a capacity of 128 GB with the possibility of expansion via a microSD card by up to an additional 2 TB.

All-weekend battery life and spatial sound

The tablet’s greatest asset is its 9,000 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, it can play video for up to 17 hours or music for 234 hours. In standby mode, the tablet can last up to 86 days. Charging takes place via the USB-C port, but unfortunately, Xiaomi does not specify the power of the charging adapter.

Also worth mentioning are the quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support, which provide spatial sound when watching movies or playing games. The tablet runs on Android 15 with the Xiaomi HyperOS 2 overlay and supports connection with other Xiaomi devices, including call synchronization or a shared clipboard.

Who is the tablet suitable for

The Redmi Pad 2 for 3,190 CZK represents a reasonable compromise for users who do not need a powerful tablet for demanding applications. It is particularly suitable for watching videos, reading e-books, browsing social networks, or as a second screen for children. The tablet also supports the Redmi Smart Pen (sold separately), so it can also be used for basic drawing or note-taking.

The metal body in green or grey looks solid, and the tablet weighs 510 grams. The 8 Mpx rear camera and 5 Mpx front camera are sufficient for video calls, but don’t count on high-quality photos.

Mironet has the tablet in stock in sufficient quantity and offers personal pickup at 17 stores across the Czech Republic. At this price, it is an interesting alternative to more expensive models from Samsung or Apple.
