Xiaomi apparently has a serious piece of hardware in its labs. The model that has just emerged from Chinese certification promises parameters that you won’t easily see in most models – and especially a combined output of up to 250 W.

What can the leaked Xiaomi power bank do?

The information was brought by the Chinese server IThome, which draws from a post by a blogger on Weibo operating under the nickname @体验more. He immediately categorized the new product into the highest category, which he himself calls a “superflagship” – meaning the absolute top among power banks.

The key number is 250 W. This is how much the battery is said to be able to output when you draw from several ports simultaneously. A single USB-C port is expected to offer up to 140 W, which is more than enough for fast laptop charging. According to the certification papers, inside there is a cell with a capacity of 97.36 Wh, or approximately 27,000 mAh. This means you will be able to charge your phone several times in a row without having to look for an outlet. The manufacturer is also said to equip the power bank with the ability to charge itself at 140 W, so you’ll get it from zero to 100% capacity surprisingly quickly.

According to the documentation, the power bank will be capable of charging up to three devices simultaneously. It is expected to feature a USB-C port with up to 140 W output, a USB-A port with a maximum output of 120 W, and a retractable USB-C cable with up to 140 W output. This retractable cable will likely serve as one of the main marketing draws, as it won’t get in the way like a fixed cable.

When will it arrive in the Czech Republic and how much will it cost?

Xiaomi has not officially revealed anything yet, so we can only speculate about the price and availability. Of course, we will be most interested in whether the power bank will reach our market. The price will also depend on the design or display capabilities, but provisionally, if it were launched in the Czech Republic, I would expect a price of around 3,000 Czech crowns.
