Garmin launched its first display-less bracelet just a few days ago, but there was such demand for it that stock levels were practically depleted. On the manufacturer’s Czech e-shop today, for the vast majority of colors and sizes, it shows delivery in 5 to 8 weeks – meaning potentially up to two months of waiting.

You’ll wait up to 2 months for most variants

On Garmin’s official e-shop, the CIRQA sells for 4,990 CZK and is offered in four colors and two sizes. However, for seven of these eight combinations, the page now states a blunt “Can be shipped in 5 to 8 weeks”. In other words, if you order the bracelet today, it might not arrive until the end of September.

The only exception is for the Mauve color in size L–XL, which the manufacturer promises to ship within 1 to 3 business days. Either more of this variant was produced, or there was the least demand for it.

What features does the display-less bracelet offer?

Let’s recall why there is such high demand for the device. The CIRQA is Garmin’s very first bracelet without a display – it continuously collects all data on the wrist and sends it to the Garmin Connect app on the phone, instead of displaying anything on a small screen.

Inside, an Elevate 4th generation optical heart rate sensor beats, with skin temperature measurement, plus a pulse oximeter for nocturnal blood oxygen monitoring. Conversely, GPS is missing – the bracelet borrows its location from the connected phone. On a single charge, it is expected to last up to 10 days (though activated oxygen measurement will shorten this) and thanks to 5 ATM water resistance, it can also handle swimming.

From the collected data, Garmin then compiles its proven metrics: Body Battery, detailed sleep analysis, Health Status, Training Readiness, and VO2 Max fitness estimate. Basic functions run without a subscription, but the manufacturer hides a number of advanced features – such as guided breathing or training plans – behind the paid Garmin Connect+.

Sold out internationally too

The shortage is not limited to the Czech Republic. The notebookcheck server pointed out that delivery times have extended worldwide – in the United States, customers are waiting 5 to 8 weeks for most colors, in Europe roughly 3 to 5 weeks, and Australia or Canada are also facing longer waits. Interestingly, Garmin also offers the in-stock Mauve L–XL variant in other markets – so it appears there was a global overproduction of this single specific combination.

According to the server, Garmin itself commented on the situation by stating that interest in the CIRQA significantly exceeded its internal estimates. The bracelet, meanwhile, targets the same audience as Whoop or Fitbit Air, i.e., people who want to track health and fitness but don’t want another display on their wrist.

Are you looking for a display-less bracelet, or is waiting for the Garmin CIRQA not worth it for you?
