Xiaomi introduced the Smart Band 10 smart band last year and is now preparing for the long-awaited launch of the advanced version of the Smart Band 10 Pro, whose renders we managed to obtain in advance last week. At the same time, there is already talk in the corridors about the successor to the basic model. According to a fresh leak, the Smart Band 11 should arrive in the second half of the year.

We can expect it in the second half of the year

The information about the upcoming Xiaomi Smart Band 11 came from the renowned leaker known as Smart Pikachu, who has accurately predicted wearable electronics several times in the past. According to him, the band will be introduced in the second half of this year.

The specific date is not yet known, but it is likely that the Smart Band 11 will first appear in China, with the global version following with some delay. The same was true for the Smart Band 10 model, which began selling in the global market several weeks after its Chinese debut.

This year we will see two new products

We do not yet have more details about the specifications of the Smart Band 11, but given the series’ evolution, we can expect an improved AMOLED display, long battery life, and probably minor advancements in health sensors. Following the example of the Smart Band 10 Pro, which is also set to debut in Europe with contactless payment support, or the already launched Redmi Watch 6 Pro, the Smart Band 11 could theoretically finally offer NFC beyond China.
